(Black) HPD officer charged with intoxication manslaughter after deadly crash (that killed White man) FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS - Houston Police Officer James Combs' blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit when he crashed into a car and killed the driver, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. Combs, 33, is now facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter for the death of 36-year-old Brian Manring. Deputies said the off-duty cop refused to take a field sobriety test shortly after slamming head-on into Manring's Corvette around 6:30 a.m. Friday. Deputies at the scene said they "detected the presence of alcohol" on him. Combs' wife told investigators he needs help with an "alcohol problem." She told them he'd been belligerent with her on the phone that day and that his credit card statement showed he'd been at a strip club early that morning. Combs was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and minor injuries. His blood alcohol content was .17. He was arrested Tuesday. Combs' bond was set at $100,000. He has been relieved of duty from HPD. "It's a sad day any time you have to take a man in blue in custody," Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls said. Deputies said Combs crashed into Manring's Corvette at the intersection of Westmoor and Beechnut. The investigation shows the officer's Tahoe veered into Manring's lane, colliding with the victim's sports car. Manring died at the scene. Friends say Manring was a devoted dad who adored his 8-year-old daughter. "Everyone who knew Brian, knew that he lived for his daughter. She was his life!!" ," a friend posted on a gofundme page set up to raise money for the daughter's trust. - (Black-on-white) |

Let go repeatedly, (black who shot a White police officer) why was this colored criminal allowed to roam the streets? LOUISVILLE, KY - A man accused of shooting an LMPD officer should have been in jail on a warrant instead of on the streets. The courts let him go time after time. Jacquan Crowley, 22, is charged with shooting officer Kyle Carroll in June, but his history with police began well before then. The Department of Corrections provided Crowley’s mugshots from 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016. Some of his charges include possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, tampering with physical evidence and third-degree assault of a police officer. He was also charged with fleeing or evading police nine times. But Crowley was still able to roam the streets. "It should be shocking to the public," Dave Mutchler, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police. "It's an unbelievably ridiculous revolving door." Mutchler said he's familiar with Crowley’s past. "You've got all the warnings here but nobody's heeding them," he said. One officer drew stars on an arrest report and called Crowley a "known armed police fighter and gang member," and that was three years before Crowley allegedly shot Carroll. "Our members are asking, 'Who is going to stop this?'" Mutchler said. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black female) Ebony Editor: Killing White People Not a Hate Crime "Jamilah Lemieux is an editor at Ebony magazine. She is the typical black racist, and her ilk are manufactured by the Left. She is the modern-day product of relics like Jesse Jackson and Sharpton. These racists believe that black people can’t be racist. However, Lemieux goes a step further, as she claims that killing white people can’t be a hate crime, even when the person killing whites admits to doing it because they victim is white. The same “logic” applies to white privilege, white power, white lines, white paper, and much more. The “white” world has certainly given Lemieux a nice living. She couldn’t possibly have earned it, right? Undoubtedly she needed somebody white and powerful to make this happen. When will America finally strike back at these racists? How long are we willing to allow stupidity and hate-speech from black racist to continue to occur. Racism is racism. I’m no fan of hate-crimes, because for me, all crimes are hate-crimes. Criminality knows no color. Killing white people is just as bad as killing black people, no matter the circumstances." - by Chris Allen |

Judge Rules (black muslim terrorist) Alton Nolen Not Competent To Enter Guilty Plea In Moore Beheading Case MOORE, Oklahoma - A judge has ruled that a man, accused of beheading his coworker at Vaughan Foods in Moore, Oklahoma, is not competent to enter a guilty plea in this case. Wednesday morning, the judge declined Alton Nolen's plea until further evaluation. The state mental hospital in Vinita will handle his testing and treatment. Nolen stands accused of the brutal attack at Vaughan Foods in Moore, where he killed co-worker Colleen Hufford by beheading her and attacked two others. All crimes District Attorney Greg Mashburn says Nolen has pleaded guilty to and requested the death penalty. “We’ve litigated it, we’ve got a guy on the other side of the courtroom wanting to accept the death penalty and move along down the road and we’re spending a lot of time helping him get there,” said Mashburn. A Cleveland County judge has already previously reserved ruling on Nolen's guilty plea. The judge requested a competency hearing to help determine if Nolen is mentally ill and understands the implications of his plea. “She’s got a case where we are seeking the death penalty so a man’s life does hang in the balance,” said Mashburn. During the competency testing process, both the state and defense brought in a team of psychologists to asses Nolen. They came back with opposing results. The judge said that's partly the reason why she declined Nolen's plea, a decision the family is not happy with. Kelli Hufford, daughter of Colleen Hufford, released a statement calling Nolen a monster and calling the judge's decision inexcusable. - (Black-on-white) |

Cemetery Mess, Unidentified Bodies Stump Tennessee Officials More than two years after the state closed a troubled Tennessee cemetery whose owner was accused of losing bodies and burying multiple people in single plots, it appears that efforts to determine exactly who is buried where have failed. During a hearing Wednesday in Nashville, Davidson County Chancellor Carol McCoy agreed to wind down the state's oversight of Galilee Memorial Gardens, a family-owned cemetery in the Memphis suburb of Bartlett. She heard recommendations from officials conducting the investigation of the burial ground, which was closed and placed under state receivership in February 2014 after its owner, Jemar Lambert, was charged with burying bodies on adjacent land not owned by the cemetery and stacking multiple caskets in single graves. He pleaded guilty and is serving 10 years' probation. |
