2 (evil blacks) from Dallas area kill (White) Houston man who had sex on Vegas Ferris wheel, police say   Two Dallas-area men are accused of killing a Houston man who rose to fame last month for having sex with a stranger on a Las Vegas Ferris wheel. Phillip Frank Panzica III was arrested last month after he had sex with a New York woman aboard Las Vegas’ High Roller, billed as one of the world’s tallest Ferris wheels. He made headlines and even talked to reporters about the incident, which he said he regretted. Bryant Christopher Watts, 29, and Aaron Jones, 31, face capital murder charges in the 27-year-old man’s death. The two are accused of carjacking Panzica early Saturday as he drove home with his fiancee from the southeast Houston strip club where she works. It is unclear whether Panzica knew the two men. “You need to come clean,” Watts is accused of saying before he shot Panzica several times while his fiancee sat in the passenger’s seat. Police arrest Louisville (black sex beast) accused of raping woman in vehicle LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a man who raped a woman inside a vehicle earlier this month. According to an arrest warrant, the incident took place sometime between March 11 and March 12. Police say the victim -- a woman -- was inside the vehicle when 34-year-old Albert Johnson hit her in the face multiple times, then pulled her by her hair into the back of the vehicle, before trying to remove her clothing.The woman struggled with Johnson, and he put both his hands around her neck, choking her until she lost consciousness. Police say the woman gained and lost consciousness several times as Johnson then proceeded to rape her. After the alleged rape, the woman was treated in the emergency room at University Hospital, were she received a sexual assault examination. Police say there were visible marks on her neck, severe bruising, swelling to the left eye and injuries to her left cheek bones. The woman was able to identify Johnson from a photo line-up, according to police. |

Officials ID (black) Suspect Who Was Shot by Police After Allegedly Pointing Gun at Officers Police identified a man who was shot after he allegedly pointed his gun at officers. On Thursday around 6:30 p.m., officers in plainclothes inside an unmarked vehicle spotted Dayquane Thomas on the 3100 block of North 15th Street. Investigators say Thomas, 22, was wanted as a possible suspect for a previous shooting. When the officers stepped out of the vehicle and identified themselves, Thomas allegedly ran through an open lot filled with debris and trash and then took out a handgun. The officers chased after Thomas who ran into a backyard on the 3100 block of North Carlisle Street, according to investigators. Thomas then allegedly turned around and pointed his gun towards the officers. One of the officers, an 8-year veteran, opened fire, striking Thomas in the lower back and legs. Thomas dropped his gun and fell to the ground, police said. |

It all happened as customers were waiting to get their picture taken with the Easter icon at the Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City around 5 p.m. Sunday, and the brawl that ensued was caught on camera. The man who was dressed as the bunny is at the center of the melee and can be seen throwing punches outside the seasonal display. Mall security jumped in to get the bunny brawl under control. According to Jersey City police, the 22-year-old man who was playing the role of the Easter Bunny, identified as Kassim Charles, said the father of a 1-year-old child verbally and then physically attacked him after the girl slipped from the chair following her photo. A fight ensued between Charles and the father, 44-year-old Juan Jimenez-Guerrero, with both being taken to the JCMC-Barnabas Health for minor injuries. Jersey City detectives are charging both Charles and Jimenez-Guerrero with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. (Black) Man arrested for allegedly slashing woman in neck A man who was wearing an American flag bandanna when he slashed a 53-year-old woman in the neck in broad daylight in Brooklyn is under arrest in New Jersey, police said Sunday. Gregory Alfred, 25, was picked up over the weekend by cops in Sayreville for the March 10 slashing in Ditmas Park, police said. The woman’s neck was cut at 9:45 a.m. on Beverly Road between Argyle Road and Rugby Road, cop said. The suspect discarded a large kitchen knife, black plastic bag and an American flag bandanna after the attack. Cops were able to lift fingerprints from the items, the sources said. |
Police Investigate ‘Out Of Control’ House Party Of Roughly 300 Teens, Defended By Parents UPPER DARBY, P.A., — It’s hard to picture, but on Saturday night, Upper Darby Police say hundreds of teens filled a home and flooded the streets. It was a party that police say was simply out of control. Teens were reportedly drunk and high inside the home and authorities claim that not only were two parents around, they actually defended the party. Chitwood says when officers identified the owner of the home, 54-year-old Abdul Ahmaddiya, not only was he defending the party, it appeared that he too was partaking in it. “He’s drunk obviously. He starts fighting with the cops and telling police they have no right in his house and it’s his party,” Chitwood explained. His wife, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya was also charged with corruption of a minor, selling and furnishing liquor and other related offenses. |

Death penalty sought in Oxford Drive homicide (of White woman in the apartment below the home invasion)     Prosecutors announced four suspects in the death of a 19-year-old woman will be facing the death penalty when they go to trial. The group of 19-year-old Lillian Barnett, 19-year-old Aaron Stailey, 21-year-old Lamont Wilkerson and 20-year-old Christopher Robinson were set for a trial in May, though there is a motion pending to try them separately.
Barnett dropped the three others off outside the apartment building and waited in the parking lot while they went to apartment 47, where Justin Meadows lived. Meadows told police someone knocked on his door, but covered the peephole. When they refused to uncover it, he got his gun and opened it to find three men wearing ski masks and hoodies. Meadows said he tried to slam the door when they tried to rush into his apartment, but Robinson’s gun got stuck. Eventually, Robinson allegedly forced his way into the apartment and fired. Meadows told police he fired one shot, which struck Robinson in the chest. During the incident, a bullet went through the floor and into the apartment below, killing Amber Caudill. Meadows and Crayvone Ritchie, who was also in the apartment, were both shot but survived. During preliminary hearings in Clark District Court, police said they believed the men went there to steal marijuana from Meadows. - (Black-on-white) |

  A Florida man accused of shooting a bystander while firing at his girlfriend told deputies he offered the victim $400 and a cup of water but did not call 911 or help stop the bleeding. Jakell Ward, 21, and his girlfriend were arguing inside his apartment on Friday before she went to leave, after he allegedly threatened to kill her, when he fired at her multiple times, deputies said. The bullets missed his pregnant girlfriend, who was not injured, and one instead went through her car and struck bystander Brian Mortensen in the chest. At the time, Mortensen was installing a fence at a school near Ward's apartment complex, Magnolia Court Condominiums. Mortensen, whose lung reportedly collapsed and who had a bullet lodged near his heart, was transported to Florida Hospital in grave condition. Orange County Sheriff's Office Deputies said in a report that Ward told them he tried to offer Mortensen $400 as 'compensation for the injuries.' Mortensen's wife had a baby just four days ago. (Black) Man charged in pistol whipping of (White)officer to plead guilty to federal gun charge   A Birmingham man charged with attempted murder of a police officer in last summer's pistol whipping of a detective plans to plead guilty Tuesday to a federal gun charge. Janard Shamar Cunningham, 35, was indicted in January by a federal grand jury on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of receiving stolen firearms. Under a binding plea agreement filed Friday in federal court, Cunningham will plead guilty to the convicted felon being in possession of a firearm charge. The receiving stolen firearms charge will be dismissed under the plea deal. On Aug. 7 Birmingham Police Detective Johnny Brooks was on duty driving an unmarked police car when the driver of a maroon-colored GMC Terrain approached from behind at a high rate of speed and began to tailgate the detective's car....Witnesses reported Brooks had followed Cunningham into the shopping center. Cunningham stopped in front of the DTLR Clothing Store, exited his vehicle with a DTLR bag and approached Brooks and began cursing, yelling "F... the police." Cunningham denies approaching Brooks or yelling at the officer, the witnesses reported. Cunningham then punched Brooks in the face and as the two men struggled, Cunningham drew Brooks' service pistol from its holster, grabbed the barrel, and struck Brooks a number of times with the pistol until the officer was unconscious, witnesses reported. Cunningham took the pistol and left the scene, the witnesses said. Brooks sustained serious physical injuries, including a severe concussion, neck injuries, a black eye, and cuts to his head that required 17 staples to close. Brooks woke up in the hospital five hours later. Brooks did not return to work for more than two months and still experiences some short-term memory loss, according to the plea deal. . - (Black-on-white) |

James Paulk, 26, allegedly struck Judge Kevin Dougherty in the face after asking him for money on Friday night. Paulk was arrested a short time later aboard a SEPTA train. His mother, Delores, opened up about her son's struggles with schizophrenia that, she says, left him homeless and may be to blame for the attack. "I'm sorry it happened. I've prayed for the judge, but it may be James' cry for help, knowing he is going to get locked up," Delores said. His diagnosis at 19 changed everything. Delores says she's committed him numerous times, but he quickly checks himself out. "We tried to help but he wouldn't follow through with outpatient care, follow through with medications." Living on the streets since October, James doesn't recognize his illness, according to his mother, who plans to ask the judge hearing his case to order the mental health help. Police discovered the body of 36-year-old Annette Torres in the upstairs bedroom of 268 W. Clinton Ave. The body of a 44-year-old Mark Morris was found in the basement utility room. Morris apparently died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Police received a 911 call from a local resident at 10:21am saying that the 11-year-old boy who lives at the Clinton Avenue home had reported that his parents were not breathing. The jury of nine men and three women deliberated for about 3 1/2 hours before returning the verdict just before 5 p.m. at the Capital Judicial Center, the fourth day of Pillsbury’s trial. Pillsbury, 41, was charged with murdering his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jillian T. Jones, by stabbing her on Nov. 13, 2013, in an apartment in Augusta. Justice Michaela Murphy told jurors that they could find Pillsbury guilty of murder or guilty of manslaughter. “I didn’t intend to kill the love of my life,” Pillsbury told Assistant Attorney General Donald Macomber. “I was intoxicated.” Pillsbury agreed that he was about a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier than Jones. On Thursday night, the Pompano Beach dealership was burglarized and the BMW was missing along with keys belonging to 60 other cars, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. |

(Black) Woman steals $12k mink coat from Houston store  HOUSTON - Authorities are looking for a woman who stole a $12,000 full-length mink coat from a high-end consignment store on Thursday. The woman apparently stuffed the coat under her dress before walking out of the store. Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. She was caught on camera inside Designer Diva Resale on Westheimer road. Police say after she stuffed the coat under her dress, she took off in a white older model Chevy pickup. “I never would have thought somebody could stick an entire, full-length mahogany mink coat underneath their dress,” said store owner Michelle Puckett.
Puckett repaid the consigner for the $12,000 coat and she says that was a huge hit for her small business. Man Convicted of Attempted Murder of Police Officers, Rape of Child Hostage During Inglewood Standoff A 47-year-old Inglewood man was convicted Thursday of nine counts of premeditated attempted murder of police officers and the kidnapping and rape of a 14-year-old girl during a nine-hour standoff in 2013. Jurors also found Christopher Warsaw guilty of nine counts of assault on a peace officer with a semiautomatic firearm, two counts of false imprisonment of a hostage and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Officers with the Inglewood Police Department were called to the 10700 block of Fifth Avenue on Nov. 27, 2013, after neighbors reported seeing Warsaw dragging his girlfriend’s screaming 14-year-old daughter into a home. During the nine-hour standoff that followed, Warsaw opened fire on police, shooting one Inglewood officer in the chest. |
U.S. Marshal’s say Michael Caesar’s crime is “disgusting” MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 32-year-old Michael Caesar. Caesar is wanted for sexually assaulting a teen. DNA evidence and victim testimony have linked Caesar to an assault occurring in April of 2015. It is believed Caesar and another man forced a girl into an SUV and each man took turns assaulting the victim while the other drove. The girl was eventually able to escape the vehicle and ran for help. Marshals say Caesar's accomplice in the crime was arrested and charged. Marshals say Caesar is 6-feet-tall and weighs 152 lbs. He has tattoos on both arms and chest. He is wanted for 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. |
25-year sentence for man who raped pregnant woman in Kenner burglary A burglar who admitted raping a pregnant woman after he broke into her Kenner home was sentenced to a total 25 years in prison Friday morning (March 18). Brandon Watkins, 26, of Independence, said he went into the victim's home looking for food and did not intend to rape her, according to a pre-sentencing investigation. "I find his excuse to be unbelievable." "Rape is an intentional act. It doesn't just happen." Watkins pleaded guilty to forcible rape and residence burglary Aug. 24. San Anselmo man gets 45-year prison term for rape of teen relative at party A man convicted of raping a teenage relative during a party at his San Anselmo residence was sentenced Wednesday to 45 years and four months in state prison. Korvell Lakeith Mitchell, 36, sexually assaulted the 17-year-old girl on a couch in the living room before taking her into a bedroom and raping her. Mitchell’s wife was sleeping in another room at the time. The crimes occurred in March 2014. Mitchell was arrested and charged with rape, numerous other sex crimes and providing marijuana to the girl. Mitchell pleaded not guilty and the case went to trial. Both he and the girl testified. The jury convicted him of rape and five other counts. The trial prosecutor argued for the maximum sentence of 53 years and four months. Mitchell has shown no remorse for his actions and perjured himself on the stand by saying the sex was consensual. |

(Drug-crazed? black) Pasco burglary suspect dies on way to hospital PORT RICHEY, FL - Thomas Fagan is still rattled from his experience early this morning at his mother’s Port Richey home. “We heard loud banging, glass breaking and then I heard my mother screaming and the dogs screaming out of control…. ” Fagan said. He ran out of his room and discovered 35-year-old Torrey Robinson bloody, banging on his mother’s door. “And he was banging on her door trying to get in there. So I immediately ran up to him and said, dude, what are you doing? Who are you?” Said Fagan. “I tried grabbing his shoulder, and there was blood everywhere, and I tried grabbing his shoulder and he just wasn’t coming off the door. ” Fagan’s girlfriend, Emily Facer, called 911. Sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene moments later. By that time, Robinson was on the floor bleeding. Investigators believe he suffered severe cuts when he entered the home through the kitchen window. They tried calming him down, but it wasn’t working. Pasco Sheriff Chris Nocco said deputies surrounded him until fire rescue arrived. Sheriff’s deputies searched Robinson’s home and did discover a white powdery substance, which they are currently analyzing. |

India Beaty, 25, was approached by police officers who were conducting a surveillance operation when they came across a fight in the parking lot. Investigators with the Norfolk Police Department's Vice and Narcotics Division said saw a woman involved in the altercation wave around what they believed was a handgun and threaten an unarmed man. The officers approached Beaty, who refused to comply with their demands and made a threatening motion with the handgun before the officers fatally shot her. An investigation determined that the handgun was a non-firing replica. |

Jury Acquits (black Hispanic) New Jersey Man of Manslaughter Charge in Mother's Death - but guilty of aggravated assault A jury has acquitted a southern New Jersey man of manslaughter but found him guilty of aggravated assault in the 2014 death of his mother. The jury handed down the verdict against 47-year-old Marcilo Gacutan on Thursday. Prosecutors argued that his actions, including putting his hands around her neck, led to 66-year-old Shirley Gacutan's death. But defense attorney Karen Thek said Shirley Gacutan died over unforeseen medical complications after a freak accident in which the two fell down a set of steps during an altercation. Marcilo Gacutan testified that he grabbed her arm and they both fell out of the house and landed at the bottom of the concrete stairway. |

(White) South Carolina police officer shot dead by (black) gang member was a father of two with a pregnant wife  A South Carolina police officer was killed trying to arrest a known gang member, who later took his own life to avoid arrest. Officer Allen Lee Jacobs was fatally shot when Greenville cops tried to arrest the suspect at a house in the Nicholtown Community on Friday afternoon. “We lose, we hurt, we ache,” Greenville Police Chief Ken Miller told Greenville Online. “No one wants to lose their officers.” The Greenville officers had been trying to speak with the suspect, 17-year-old Deontea Perry Marckey, when the suspect fled. Lee, 28, rounded a corner and was hit by multiple gunshots and passed away at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Lee never had a chance to unholster his gun and was wearing a bulletproof vest, Greenville Online reported. The officer is a decorated Iraq war veteran, a father of two and his wife is pregnant, with the third child due in July, the department said in a somber remembrance. He'd been with the department for nearly four years. (Black lawyer-now-judge) raped (16-year-old white female witness) while prosecuting 1981 murder trial (of anti-race-mixing 'supremacist')  SALT LAKE CITY -- A federal Judge with Utah ties retired Wednesday after being named in a civil lawsuit alleging that he repeatedly raped a Utah teenager 35 years ago while she was a witness in a trial he was prosecuting. The judge, Richard Warren Roberts, was a lawyer at the time. The alleged victim, Terry Elrod Mitchell, was the key witnesses in the murder trial of a serial killer Roberts was prosecuting. “This has been more difficult than anybody can imagine for Terry Mitchell,” said Mitchell’s attorney, Rocky Anderson. In 1980, Mitchell saw two black friends get shot and killed at Liberty Park. Joseph Paul Franklin was charged with the murders. During that time, Roberts, who was 27, was the federal prosecutor in the case, while Mitchell, who was 16, was the key witness. "Mr. Roberts did indeed engage in sexual relations with Ms. Jackson-Mitchell on multiple occasions under the guise of 'witness preparation.'" “Confused, vulnerable, frightened, and then she is forced into sex,” Anderson added. “And he tells her that you can’t tell anybody because if you do, there will be a mistrial and Joseph Paul Franklin will walk free. She knows he’ll kill again.” So for more than three decades, Mitchell kept silent. Then in 2013, Franklin was executed. Amarillo police rule suspicious deaths a murder-suicide  Investigators said that a pair of suspicious deaths in late January was the result of a murder-suicide. Tyrone Titus, 45, and Dana Atkins, 42, were found dead the morning of Jan. 28 inside a home in the 3100 block of South Harrison Street. Final autopsy results show Atkins died of asphyxia due to chest compression and ligature strangulation. Results also show that Titus died as a result of acute ethylene glycol intoxication. Ethylene glycol is commonly known as antifreeze. “Basically, he drank antifreeze,” Potter-Randall Special Crimes Unit Coordinator Lt. Erick Bohannon said. Evidence discovered during the autopsy also revealed Atkins died several hours before Titus. Atkins’ death was a homicide. - (Black-on-white) |

David Njuguna was served with a summons charging him with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stay within marked lanes. His right to operate a motor vehicle has been revoked due to an immediate threat notification filed by State Police to the RMV, investigators say. Njuguna told his family he blacked out when he crashed into Massachusetts State Trooper Thomas Clardy‘s cruiser, killing him. The 44-year-old trooper was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had joined State Police in April 2005. Wanted killer’s body found in Harlem park   A badly decomposed body found in a Harlem park is believed to be the homeless man who stabbed a former school teacher to death in January. The body was found at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday at 725 W. 135 St. and was tentatively identified as Anthony White because of a benefits card in a pants pocket, a police source said. The card has White’s name on it. Police have been searching for White since Jan. 27, when his roommate, 62-year-old Deven Black, was nearly decapitated at the Boulevard Homeless Shelter in East Harlem. Police released White’s mugshot after the killing, and the death put the spotlight on the lack of safety at shelters. He has been wanted ever since. Black grew up on the Upper West Side and taught in the Bronx. He suffered from mental illness and landed in the shelter a few days before he was killed. - (Black-on-white) |

New Jersey State Police Superintendent Wants Convicted Cop Killer Back In U.S.  TRENTON, — For many Americans, Cuba is a land of mystery and intrigue. After all, the island nation has been closed off to the average Americans for more than 50 years. Now, the head of New Jersey State Police is warning Americans who may decide to travel to Cuba. In a harsh op-ed posted in newspapers from New York to Miami, Colonel Rick Fuentes has a warning for Americans. He mentions several American fugitives living in Cuba, including Joanne Chesimard. She goes by the name Assata Shakur, and Fuentes wants her returned to the United States. Chesimard is on the FBI’s most wanted terror list for killing New Jersey State Police Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. She escaped a North Jersey prison in 1979 and fled to Cuba, where she’s been since 1984. Troopers Foerster and James Harper stopped Chesimard and two associates for a traffic violation. Man convicted in sex assault of toddler niece; accused of impregnating 14-year-old HOUSTON -- David Wilson was found guilty of child sex assault in a Houston court. Wilson, a previous sex offender, was accused of molesting two young girls. The jury deliberated about an hour. Wilson was found guilty of the sexual assault of a child in 2005 and sentenced to four years in prison. Six years later, Wilson has been found guilty again in a case that has lifelong consequences for two more children. He was charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child. The enhanced charge is because of the age of the victim. She was only 23 months old at the time. We have also been told that the child is Wilson's niece. A court document states that the assault occurred last year. The toddler's parents are said to have lived out of state, had drug problems and sent their daughter to live with family in Houston. The child is the daughter of Wilson's sister. Last November, the toddler was taken to a doctor, where she was diagnosed with HIV, genital herpes and chlamydia. Reconstructive surgery was performed because of infection to her private parts. A doctor told investigators that she had to have been sexually abused because of the sexually transmitted diseases that were detected. A 14-year-old girl spoke to the Children's Assessment Center, telling a caseworker she had been having sex with a man for two years. She identified the man as David R. Wilson and said she was pregnant. An exam of the girl showed that she was HIV positive, had herpes and chlamydia. |
Macon woman charged in Wendy's french fry assault   A 42-year-old Macon woman spent two hours in jail Thursday after her arrest in last month's attack on a woman over a bag of Baconator fries. Denesha Lannett Cliett, of Royal Oaks Drive, turned herself in at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center about 11:30 a.m. Thursday and was released on an $1,850 bond at 1:30 p.m., according to a release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office. She was charged with battery and cruelty to children in the third degree after being caught on a surveillance camera inside the Wendy's at 6040 Zebulon Road the night of the incident. Elaine Modena, the daughter-in-law of the late former Sheriff Jerry Modena, said the woman started hitting her after Modena grabbed the french fries she'd been waiting on. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Richmond man gets 12 years as accomplice in robbery that led to slaying of (White) Henrico McDonald's employee   A Richmond man was sentenced Tuesday to spend 12 years in prison for orchestrating a robbery that led to the death of a 22-year-old co-worker. Christopher Pitts, 24, had earlier pleaded guilty to attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Based on state guidelines, he should have only faced up to four years. But Henrico County Circuit Judge L.A. Harris said that amount of time was not sufficient in this case, tripling the recommended incarceration. He also suspended 11 years. Michael Raymond Bailey Jr. was shot and killed the night of July 20, 2014, during an attempted robbery of a McDonald’s. Pitts and his girlfriend, Jelesa Holman, who testified on his behalf, worked at the McDonald’s at the time. It wasn’t Pitts who pulled the trigger — he was armed with a BB gun — but accomplice Deonte Maurice Jenkins, 20, of Colonial Heights. In December, Jenkins was sentenced to 43 years in prison for first-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. - (Black-on-white) |

The Rev. Al Sharpton associate who claimed civil-rights lawyer Sanford Rubenstein raped her quietly dropped her civil lawsuit against the randy attorney, The Post has learned. Lawyers for Iasha Rivers and the raspy-voiced Court Street lawyer reached a stipulation to “discontinue” both her January 2015 civil suit, as well as his counterclaim for defamation, papers filed in Brooklyn Supreme court show. Lawyers for both parties were mum when asked about the specifics of the agreement, which was signed on Feb. 25 and filed last week. Macy’s exec Rivers, 43, sued Rubenstein for the Oct. 1, 2014 liaison-gone-wrong at his Upper East Side penthouse immediately after criminal rape charges against him were dropped. She claimed the sex-club loving Rubenstein — who sources previously described as being “hung like a cashew” — attacked her while she was passed out and never consented to sex after the pair attended Sharpton’s birthday bash. Rubenstein vehemently denied the allegations and said the two times he slept with Rivers were completely consensual.
Federal immigration officials are requesting detainers on four illegal aliens accused of a heinous attack on a Framingham couple in which the woman was raped and her boyfriend was beaten and threatened with death.
