'I Defeated Him': (White) Victim of Brutal Attack (by black beast) Speaks Out After Leaving Hospital The victim of a brutal attack in a Chicago suburb last weekend left the hospital Friday and said in an emotional statement about the arrest of her alleged attacker that she "won." "I defeated him," said Melissa Schuster. "He tried to take everything away from me but I won in the end. I did not give up." Her nose fractured, her face covered in stitches and bruises, Schuster said she looked in the mirror for first time Thursday. (Sadistic and depraved black) Westchester Teen Sentenced For Sex Attacks On Woman, Young Girl WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — It was a wild scene Tuesday in a Westchester County courthouse as a judge sentenced a 16-year-old rapist. The judge said Javon Roberts exhibited sadistic depravity like no one she had seen in her court before. Roberts was sentenced to 3 1/3 to 10 years in prison — the maximum punishment allowed because he was just 15 years old when he attacked a woman and child in separate incidents in Mount Vernon. As the court session ended, the older victim threw a wedge shoe at Roberts’ mother out of frustration. The woman was struck in the head and later wheeled out to an ambulance. She was not seriously hurt. The victim was not taken into custody, but was given a ticket. Both attacks by Roberts, who pleaded guilty to to rape and criminal sexual act, were hours long ordeals of brutality. Authorities said a 23-year-old woman was abducted at knifepoint on Oct. 20, 2014, while walking home from work. They said Roberts took her to the Grimes Elementary School playground and forced her to perform sex acts. Then, on Dec. 4, authorities said Roberts grabbed an 11-year-old girl as she walked home from a Christmas concert at a Mount Vernon library. Roberts took her to the same school and raped her at knifepoint, authorities said. He threatened that he would kill her if she didn’t stop screaming. Roberts told arresting officers he couldn’t help himself. In court Tuesday, the older victim told her attacker: “You are a murderer as well as a rapist. Part of me died in that playground. I take my soul back from you. Today, you are the powerless one. |

12-Year Old (Black) Girl (Allegedly) Defends Self Against Hate Crime, Family Questions Suspension A 12-year-old Modesto, Calif. boy has been cited for a hate crime and battery after attacking one of his Black classmates while they waited for the school bus. NuPhaeya Hassen, 12, a student at La Loma Junior High School, said she was waiting for the school bus on August 24 when the boy came up to her brandishing sticks, holding them in the shape of a cross, while saying he was a member of the Klu Klux Klan. He proceeded to swing the sticks, scratching her arm before Hassen smacked him in defense. When the boy crossed the street, he began throwing rocks at her until the bus arrived. After school the boy’s sister confronted Hassen about slapping her brother. Hassen said, “she grabbed my hair, pulled me to ground and then started hitting me in the head repeatedly”. While both the boy and sister were suspended, Hassen’s grandmother, Rita Trillery, said La Loma administrators imposed a one day of in-school suspension on her granddaughter. In a meeting with school officials, administrators referred to the suspension as a “cool down period” rather than discipline. The incident has garnered the attention of the local NAACP chapter, which has questioned the Modesto City Schools district’s handling of the matter |

Black Sports: Rutgers University football players among 10 charged in series of home invasions and assault NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- Several Rutgers University football players are among 10 facing charges in a series of assault and home invasion incidents. The Middlesex County Prosecutor said Thursday that four RU students and two former RU students were involved in the crimes. The investigation kicked off after police investigated a home invasion in New Brunswick on April 25, where three masked men forced their way into a house and stole cash and marijuana from five students at gunpoint. From that incident, police arrested 23-year-old Tejay Johnson, of Egg Harbor. He's a former Rutgers student and football player who was sidelined due to injury. He was a a three-star recruit. Police linked Johnson to another home invasion that happened on Harwell Street in New Brunswick two days after the first one. According to prosecutors, Johnson and 20-year-old Andre Boggs, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, were armed with a bat and a knife when they forced their way into the house and robbed a student of $900 and marijuana. Boggs is also a former Rutgers student and played football at the school. As the investigation continued, police arrested another Rutgers student, 19-year-old Dylan Mastriana, of Rio Grande, after they say he helped planned the robbery. There was a third attempted home invasion that occurred at a dorm at Livingston College in Piscataway on May 5. Prosecutors said Johnson and Boggs were involved in that incident. Mastriana and 19-year-old Jianan Chen, of New Brunswick, planned that robbery, according to prosecutors, and 20-year-old Kaylanna Ricks, of Perth Amboy, drove the getaway car. In that incident, the would-be victims closed and locked their room - and the suspects fled without getting anything. The prosecutor's office said that the investigation also led them to connect Johnson to an assault incident on Delafield Street on April 25. In that case, Johnson and five others allegedly surrounded a group of four people and assaulted them. At least one of the victims in that case was a student at Rutgers, and the prosecutor said a 19-year-old suffered a broken jaw during the incident. Police later identified others they say were involved in the assault: 22-year-old Ruhann Peele, 20-year-old Nadir Barnwell, both of Piscataway; 20-year-old Rahzonn Gross, of Franklin Park; 22-year-old Delon Stephenson and his brother, 23-year-old Daryl Stephenson, both of Sayreville. Daryl Stephenson is a former Rutgers student. Peele is a fourth-year junior and cornerback at Rutgers. Barnwell is a football recruit from Piscataway High School, studying criminal justice. Gross is a fullback from Don Bosco Prep and also a criminal justice major. - (Black Sports) |

(Brutal black beast) Roderick Nunley finally executed after 25 years on death row for kidnapping, rape and murder of 15-year-old (White) girl in 1989
'Despite openly admitting his guilt to the court, it has taken 25 years to get him to the execution chamber,' Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster said in a statement. Ann Harrison's disappearance and death haunted the Kansas City area in March 1989. She was waiting for a school bus on her driveway, 20 yards from her front door, when Nunley and Michael Taylor drove by in a stolen car and made the spur-of-the-moment decision to abduct her. Her body was found in the trunk of the abandoned car three days later. Both men were sentenced to death in 1991. Taylor was executed last year. Nunley was black, as was Taylor, while the victim was white. She was raped and sodomized, then stabbed repeatedly in the stomach and neck. Both men confessed, and some of Ann's hair was found in carpeting at the home where the crime occurred. Edlund said Ann's father was a former reserve officer with the Police Department, and her uncle was a Kansas City officer. 'To all of us, she was part of our police family,' Edlund said. 'That made it even more important that we solve the case.' - (Black-on-white)

New trial slated for (black) man in 1995 deaths of 3 (White) firefighters PITTSBURGH —The Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided against hearing an appeal of a lower court's decision to grant a new trial to a man in the deaths of three Pittsburgh firefighters two decades ago. The commonwealth's highest court on Monday said it would not review the case of Gregory Brown Jr., 38, who was sentenced to three life terms in the February 1995 fire on Bricelyn Street in Homewood. Prosecutors alleged that Brown poured a half-gallon of gasoline on some clothes in the basement of the four-story home in hopes of collecting $20,000 in insurance money for a down payment on a new home. Authorities said Capt. Thomas Brooks, 42, Patricia Conroy, 43, and Marc Kolenda, 27 suffocated when their air tanks ran out as they tried to grope their ways out of the rapidly burning home. Brown, who was 17 at the time of the fire, was convicted of second-degree murder, arson and insurance fraud. His mother, Darlene Buckner, was convicted of insurance fraud and placed on probation. - (Black-on-white) |

(White) Hollywood teenager describes friends' brutal attack at rape trial A Hollywood (Florida) teenager whose brutal beating was captured on cell phone videos recorded by her attackers took the stand Tuesday to describe the night she was set upon by five friends and raped. The 16-year-old girl, whose name is being withheld because of the nature of the crime, is now nearly 18. She told jurors that she went to the home of Jayvon Woolfork, 20, on Nov. 1, 2013, because she was invited there by mutual friends, including Patricia Montes, then 15, whom she had known since kindergarten. Woolfork is on trial for kidnapping and sexual battery and faces life in prison if convicted. Montes and three other teens involved in the attack have entered guilty pleas in exchange for youthful offender sentences. Woolfork, the only one who was over 18 at the time and the only one accused of having sex with the victim, rejected a plea offer in June that would have sent him to prison for 10 years. - (Black-on-white) |

(Brutal black) Staunton teen to be tried in slaying (of mentally disabled White man) STAUNTON — Nearly 16 months after a city worker found the body of a mentally disabled Staunton man who was stabbed 11 times in the head and eight times in the neck, the teen accused in the killing will stand trial Tuesday on a charge of first-degree murder. Isaiah D. Stuart, 17, of Staunton, is charged in the slaying of 26-year-old Julian Parrott, killed in May 2014 on the city's public golf course in Staunton. The case has seen delays in part because of two psychological evaluations and a postponement in July by Stuart's defense attorney, who asked that the trial be pushed back when personal family issues arose. Based on evidence heard at Stuart's preliminary hearing last summer, police said the suspect, 16 at the time, told them he met Parrott the night of May 7, 2014, at the golf course in Gypsy Hill Park. Stuart claimed Parrott paid him for sexual favors in the past, and said on the night in question he again met with Parrott for sex. Based on police testimony, Stuart claimed he refused the alleged sex request. Stuart said Parrott, in an effort to get him to stay, grabbed him as he tried to leave. Stuart told police he responded by pulling a knife and stabbing Parrott multiple times. A city employee cutting grass near the golf course's 18th hole discovered Parrott's body the next morning. An autopsy report revealed Parrott was stabbed 11 times in the head and eight times in the neck. Parrott also had numerous cuts to his upper extremities, which were consistent with defensive wounds. In all, he was stabbed or cut 35 times, according to a report. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Roanoke said the fatal blow occurred when Parrott was stabbed in the back of the neck, cutting his spine and severing an artery. - (Black-on-white) |
