(Black) Suspect in (White) security guard's death was out on bond for murder HOUSTON – Houston police have arrested a suspect in Wednesday's fatal shooting of a security guard. Jeremy Wayne Miller is charged with murder in the death of 55-year-old security guard Daniel Arp. Arp was gunned down while working security at the St. Joseph Condominiums in the 8200 block of Park Place Boulevard. Surveillance video showed the victim talking with a man before he was shot. That video helped lead to Miller. When officers arrested Miller Thursday night, they say he tried to grab one cop's gun and escape, but they stopped him. Miller was out on bond for a 2014 murder and was wearing a court-mandated ankle monitor when Arp was shot. Investigators say he shot and killed Tremayne Richardson last July. (Black Haitian) Immigrant accused in Conn. killing was spared deportation NEW LONDON, Conn. -- A Haitian immigrant who was released from prison in January after serving a 17-year prison sentence for attempted murder is back in custody on a murder charge in the death of a Connecticut woman last month. The Bulletin reports that Jean Jacques's prison file was marked "Detainer: Immigration" and that Connecticut officials say he was released in January to the custody of the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but was never deported. On Monday, the 40-year-old Jacques was in a Connecticut court to answer to murder and drug charges, stemming from the June 15 stabbing death of Casey Chadwick in Norwich, the city where Jacques lived before he went to prison. (Two White) 13-Year-Old Girls Say Their Lemonade Stand Was Robbed (by cowardly criminal black predator) RANCHO CUCAMONGA — An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the theft of profits from a lemonade stand in Rancho Cucamonga. The stand had been setup by Julie Jacobs and Chase Anderson and was situated in a shady spot just across the street from a school and at a busy intersection. It was there the girls say the suspect had stopped by the table, first posing as a customer. “We were just sitting down talking to each other, and he asked us for a cup of lemonade,” said Jacobs. The girls explain that they gave the man a free cup of lemonade after they say he told them he had lost his money. Then, Jacobs says: “He just ran back and kind of pushed the table towards us and took the money and just kept running.” “We got up and started screaming, ‘Come back!’ And then this lady came by and she called the police,” Anderson said. That’s when a brother of one of the girls, Keiran Anderson, and his buddy swooped into action. “We saw the dude with my sister’s box and just ran after him,” he said. Authorities raced to the scene and arrested the suspect identified by police as Santini Tate of Riverside on suspicion of strong-arm robbery. Two 'Gay' Port Ewen men charged in homo rape of ‘mentally handicapped young man,’ police say PORT EWEN >> Two men are facing felony charges for the rape of an incompetent or “mentally handicapped young man” in their Port Ewen apartment, state police said Thursday. Daryl Vandemark, 42, of Schryver Street, was arrested by state police at Highland about 7:35 p.m. Wednesday and charged with two counts of criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, all felonies, police said. They said John Kindberg, 69, of the same address, was arrested at the same time and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, also a felony.The victim was acquainted with Vandemark and Kindberg. |

(Black muslim) terrorism suspect indicted on guns, marijuana charges CLEVELAND, Ohio — A federal grand jury has indicted a Sheffield Lake man who was arrested in June after the FBI said he bought an AK-47 assault rifle in pursuit of supporting the Islamic State in the U.S. Amir Said Abdul Rahman Al-Ghazi, 38, is charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS, according to an indictment filed Thursday. He is also charged with two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, based on the assault rifle the FBI said he paid an undercover agent $400 to acquire and a handgun he had on him when he was arrested. Al-Ghazi, who changed his name from Robert McCollum earlier this year, was being monitored by the FBI since 2012, when he posted violent extremist content on his Facebook page, authorities said. He pledged his support to ISIS on social media websites in 2014 and talked to people he believed were part of the terrorist organization, court records state. Al-Ghazi's mother, Gail Johnson, previously said that her son converted to Islam in prison. |

(Black) Teen charged with attempted 2nd-degree murder after (White) Orlando officer run down ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police have made two arrests in the case of an Orlando police officer injured after being run down during a traffic stop. [WARNING, content may be graphic: Scroll below for dash camera video] Local 6 has learned the officer who was injured, William Anderson, is now listed in serious condition and is being transferred to Shands Medical Center in Gainesville. Police said Edward Kelty (pictured left), 17, was driving south on Kirkman Road early Monday morning when Anderson approached with his gun drawn and was run over when he went to chase after a passenger. "Edward Kelty was behind the wheel of the vehicle," Orlando Police Chief John Mina said. "We have physical evidence. We have forensic evidence, and we have testimony to put him behind the wheel of that vehicle ran over our officer." Detectives made a second arrest Wednesday. Four (Black) Suspects in Custody in Connection with Central West End Officer Ambush Shooting ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Police are now saying they have all four suspects in custody in connection with the shooting of an off-duty police officer in the Central West End. So far, two suspects have been charged. The alleged shooter has been identified as 23-year-old Dale Wolford. Police and prosecutors believe it was Wolford who fired shots at the officer as he sat in his car on private security duty. One bullet hit his bulletproof vest. Wolford has been charged with first-degree assault on a law enforcement officer, two counts of armed criminal action, and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. The alleged driver of the car, 27-year-old Edward Davis, has also been charged. The final two suspects have not been identified. |

Judge: Teen's role in sex-trafficking ring 'sickening and disgusting' LANSING – An Ingham County judge called a Lansing teen's role in a sex-trafficking ring "sickening" before sentencing her this morning to at least four years in prison. Mariah Haughton, 17, pleaded guilty to human trafficking and transporting of a female for prostitution last month. Several other charges were dropped as part of her plea agreement, among them human trafficking, child sexually abusive commercial activity and prostitution. Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Joyce Draganchuk sentenced Haughton, who will turn 18 later this month, to four to 20 years on both counts. She will serve the sentences at the same time. "Make no mistake about it, this offense is sickening," Draganchuk told Haughton. "It's sickening and disgusting." The sex-trafficking ring operated between March and July 2014, and involved girls who were then ages 14 to 18. Witnesses earlier testified that Haughton was mostly responsible for taking their photos, posting them on Backpage.com and scheduling customers. Haughton recruited girls on the street and at a juvenile center to work as prostitutes, according to court documents. |

(Black 'cold-blooded killer') to be executed for 2005 murder of (White) 93-year-old woman HUNTSVILLE, Texas - A death-row inmate convicted of fatally beating and stabbing a 93-year-old woman during a robbery at her Texas home is facing execution without any last-minute court appeals. Clifton Lamar Williams is set to die Thursday evening for the 2005 slaying of Cecelia Schneider in Tyler. Firefighters responding to a call about smoke coming from her house found her body. Investigators determined her body and bed had been set on fire after she'd been killed. Prosecutors allege Williams broke into her home to get money for cocaine. He was arrested a week after the killing, after investigators found his blood and fingerprints in the woman's car, which had been found wrecked and abandoned. If the execution is carried out, the 31-year-old Williams would be the 10th Texas prisoner executed this year. - (Black-on-white) |

Black arrested for manslaughter in hit-and-run death of (White) artists and cyclist New Orleans police confirmed an arrest Monday (July 13) in connection with the July 6 hit-and-run that killed artist and cyclist Ben Gregory. The surrender of suspect Curtis Joseph Turner, 45, was arranged by his attorney. Turner was booked with one count of manslaughter and one count of felony hit-and-run. Turner was driving at high speed when he struck Gregory from behind while the cyclist was pedaling in the far right travel lane. The impact knocked Gregory off his bike, into the windshield of the vehicle and onto the roadway. Gregory was pronounced dead at the scene. Former Uber driver charged in cold case sexual assaults in Boston BOSTON -- A former Uber driver who was arrested last December on charges of rape and kidnapping has been arrested in connection with multiple sexual assaults that occurred on the Esplanade and in South Boston. Alejandro Done, 46, appeared in court last year on charges of rape, assault to rape, kidnapping, and two counts of assault and battery, in relation to an attack on a woman that happened earlier that month. The same man has been identified from a DNA match to several attacks on women around the Esplanade in previous years. Done was charged in connection with five sexual assaults that took place on the Esplanade and in South Boston. |
Rape kit testing linked bicycle-riding man to four rapes since 2005, prosecutors say CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man who prosecutors say sometimes approached his victims on bicycle is charged with raping four women since 2005. The sexual assault cases were linked to William Whitaker based on DNA found in rape kits. Whitaker, who was charged last week, pleaded not guilty to the rape and kidnapping charges. |
Lakewood woman recalls crying while listening to her 911 report of being raped CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Lakewood woman testified Wednesday to feeling "sick" and "used" after being raped in January by a man who had given her a ride to her apartment from a mutual friend's home. But a lawyer representing her accused attacker, 50-year-old Ronald Smith Jr. of Cleveland, told jurors the sexual encounter was consensual and asked the woman whether she had been drinking prior to the attack. "Yeah, but that doesn't give anybody the right to rape me," she replied. |
Police: Suspect Identified In Rape Of 82-Year-Old Brooklyn Woman NEW YORK — Police have identified suspect wanted in a brutal sex attack on an 82-year-old woman in Brooklyn. Investigators said they are now looking for 18-year-old Asa Robert in connection with the attack, which happened early Monday morning in Brighton Beach. Robert is seen on surveillance video lurking outside the woman’s home around 1:30 a.m. Monday, police said. He then walks off camera and sneaks in the house through the unlocked front door as the woman was sweeping outside, police said. |

(Black) 19-year-old charged with assaulting 78-year-old (White) homeless man in the face with brick GASTON COUNTY, NC - A 19-year-old was arrested for assaulting a homeless man in Gastonia last week, police say. Donald Ray Wallace Jr. is accused of hitting 78-year-old Fletcher Harold Campbell in the face with a brick after pushing him down last Monday. Wallace is charged with attempted first-degree murder. Campbell was assaulted around 11:15 p.m. near West Garrison Boulevard. He was taken to CaroMont Regional Medical center and later transferred to Carolinas Medical Center for facial surgery. (Black) Suspect arrested in murder (of White woman) Renee Eldridge MACON COUNTY, Ala. – The Macon County Sheriff’s Office is confirming that Stacey Gray is in their custody. They say he is suspected in the murder of previously missing Columbus woman Renee Eldridge. Notasulga Police offficers and Macon County deputies, with the assistance of The U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Recovery Unit found and arrested Gray around 12:45 Tuesday morning. Local residents actually spotted Gray in a yard on Lily Lane in Notasulga before alerting police. Officials say the residents held Gray at gunpoint until he was detained by officers. Gray was found to have a semi-automatic pistol on his person at the time of his arrest. He was handed over to Valley Police, who proceeded to take Gray to Chambers County Detention Facility. Eldridge originally went missing on July 4th from her home in Columbus. Her body was found in Osanippa Creek in Valley last week. She was discovered to have died from blunt force trauma to the head. Gray has denied any involvement in the murder, though authorities made the connection from Gray to Eldridge through her mother. - (Black-on-white) |

9-yr-old boy allegedly handcuffed, beaten to death by mother's black boyfriend for taking piece of birthday cake HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Jack Garcia, a 9-year old boy in Hagerstown, Maryland was allegedly handcuffed and beaten near death for taking a piece of birthday cake. Officers with the Hagerstown Police Department were called to a home for a report of possible child abuse. Upon arriving on scene, officers found a 9-year-old "unresponsive and not breathing." In court Thursday afternoon, the prosecutor said the little boy is not expected to live. The boy suffered multiple bruises and contusions on his face, ears, neck, spinal column, abdomen and buttocks, some of which were in “varying stages of healing,” indicating past abuse. Police say 31-year-old Robert Leroy Wilson, the boyfriend of the child's mother, was watching the 9-year-old at the time of the incident along with her brother. The mother said Wilson apologized for hitting the boy in the stomach for stealing a piece of birthday cake. The woman's brother told police that Wilson was upset with the boy for stealing the cake and handcuffed the 9-year-old in his bedroom in order to teach him not to steal. - (Black-on-white) |

Jury sentences black man with pointed head to 50 years following conviction on sexual abuse of 3 minors LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- On Monday, a Jefferson County jury sentenced a man to 50 years in prison after he was found guilty on several charges, including sexual abuse. According to a news release from the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney, Diontray Jackson was convicted on charges that he abused three minors, who were the children of his girlfriend, Veneeta Darnely-David. A jury found Jackson guilty on Friday on charges of rape, sodomy, attempted sodomy, sexual abuse, wanton endangerment, distribution of obscene matter to a minor and assault. Darnely-David, the children's mother, had previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of failure to report child abuse, according to officials. |

Coroner Rules Homicide in Death of Officer Who Fell 15-Feet During Chase A coroner has ruled homicide in the death of a northeastern Pennsylvania police officer who jumped a fence and fell 15 feet while chasing robbery suspects. Lackawanna County Coroner Tim Rowland said Monday that Scranton Patrolman John Wilding died as the result of blunt force head trauma. Rowland said the chase involving felony suspects early Saturday factored into his homicide determination. Authorities planned to file additional charges against three teens charged in the robbery that led to the 29-year-old Wilding's death. The teens are already charged with robbery, weapons possession and terroristic threats. The 17-year-old suspects, Tanner Curtis and Nasiir Sheldon Jones of Scranton, and Malik Edwards, who is listed as homeless, have already been charged as adults with the other crimes. |

UPDATE: Coroner IDs (White) Teen Fatally Shot (by Black) While Riding his Bike in Erie Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook has identified the teenager shot and killed while riding his bike in Erie Saturday afternoon. Cook identified the victim as 18-year-old Jacob Pushinsky, of Erie. Pushinsky and his friends were riding their bikes in the 200 block of East Eighth Street around 3 p.m. Saturday, when Pushinsky was shot in the upper left torso. He was rushed to UPMC Hamot where he was pronounced dead a short time later, according to police. Neighbors who live near the crime scene said they heard Pushinsky cry out for help when he was shot. Carolynn Baumgartner said Pushinsky's friends stayed by his side, as he lay bleeding in the middle of the street. "When he first got hit, he was yelling, 'someone help me, someone help me," she said. "And the young boys who had to watch in horror as their friend who they had been having a good time with that day, taken from them so cruelly and viciously, it's just sad." A Facebook page created in Pushinsky's honor said he was a member of East High School's JROTC program who dreamed of becoming a captain with the U.S. Marines, a dream cut short by gun violence. "There's so many young people that just graduated high school and they have their lives just starting for them," said Baumgartner. "And to have it wiped out in one single second, I mean, bang his life is over. And that is just so sad." Police describe the suspect as a black male who was wearing a black shirt and tan shorts at the time of the murder. (White) Woman allegedly attacked by group (of racist black savages) near U of C campus with kids in car CHICAGO - Her car damaged, her nerves shaken, the victim of an alleged group attack near the University of Chicago campus spoke. Police say two people were arrested and charged, but Susan Pedersen says several dozen people were involved in the attack that left her two children covered in broken glass. They were in the back seat of the vehicle, which was left dented with the rear glass shattered. "I'm very scared, very anxious, nervous. Just fearful," she said. Broken glass littered the pavement at 60th and King Drive across from Washington Park, where the attack took place around 9 p.m. Thursday night. Pedersen says she had just dropped off a friend at the University of Chicago when she stopped at a red light and found her car surrounded by several dozen young people. "They were walking around both sides of the vehicle - in the front, in the back - and as they were walking across, they were hitting my car, using racial slurs and telling me that I didn't belong in their neighborhood because I was white," Pedersen said. The group, all African-American, she says, kicked the vehicle and shook it violently. Her children were screaming from the back of the vehicle. Pedersen said one person was on a bicycle, which the group used it as a battering ram to shatter the back window. The broken glass left cuts on her 3-year-old son, Benjamin. (Black) "Heartless Felon" gangster serving life term gets three more years for threatening (White) judge CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Heartless Felons gang member already serving life in prison plus 100 years was given an additional three years Monday for threatening Cuyahoga Common Pleas Judge Michael Astrab. William Hammons, who turned 24 on Monday, pleaded guilty to retaliation and three counts of aggravated menacing. Visiting judge Dale Crawford gave Hammons the maximum sentence, to be served consecutive with his previous sentence. Astrab said Hammons sent a letter to his office that was "very vulgar and very violent" in tone and directed at his entire family. The announcement comes six months after investigators said DNA evidence linked him to the crimes. William Everette Razor III, 46, is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and two counts of common law robbery. Razor may face additional charges, authorities said. |
Police: Woman sexually assaulted on SafePlace campus AUSTIN — A woman who was staying at SafePlace—a domestic violence shelter and campus in Austin—was sexually assaulted by a man she was briefly dating. Walter James Apple Jr., 28, was in a relationship with the victim for about two weeks. On July 4, the two went downtown and Apple became physical and violent with the victim. He sexually assaulted her and choked her, and put a knife toward according to police documents. |
Teen who admitted Craigslist robberies also admits rapes He's already serving 50 years in prison for robbing people he'd lure through Craigslist with the promise of sweet deals on electronics. Now, a 19-year-old named Tahj Thomas is looking at even more decades in prison. The Michigan City man admitted to raping a woman he attacked outside her apartment complex on the southeast side last year and pleaded guilty to several felony counts. As part of a plea agreement with Allen County Prosecutors, Thomas pleaded guilty to one count of rape and a count of robbery. |
Man lured women, forced them to perform sex acts, Florida police say EUSTIS, Fla. - A 24-year-old man was arrested Sunday in Lake County on allegations of using the Internet to lure women and force them to perform sex acts. James Ramon Rolle was arrested on two counts of sexual battery with a firearm, two counts of armed robbery with a firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two counts of depriving use of 911. According to police, Rolle lured women to Eustis via websites. When he met the women, he forced them to perform sexual acts at gunpoint, Eustis police said. Afterward, he would stole their personal items and fled, police said. |

Alexander Ciccolo, 23, of Adams, Mass., was taken into custody on gun charges after buying two pistols and two rifles from an undercover FBI confidential informant. In a search of his apartment, officials reported they found it loaded with possible bomb-making equipment including a pressure cooker, a variety of chemicals, an alarm clock, along with “attack planning papers” and “jihad” paperwork. “Allahu Akbar!!! I got the pressure cooker today.” He used the name Abu Ali al-Amriki and he was a recent convert to Islam. Pa. man who allegedly sought sex with horse arrested in Arizona Michael Crawford, 68, didn't ride into Phoenix on a horse. But Arizona authorities say the Pennsylvania man traveled there intending to have sex with one. the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has charged Crawford with suspicion of a bestiality charge, a Class 6 felony. This, after Crawford allegedly posted an ad on a popular website soliciting a willing horse owner. This is the eighth time Maricopa County sheriff's deputies have made a bestiality arrest in the past five years. |

(White) Scranton police officer dies after falling during pursuit of diverse trio A Pennsylvania police officer died Sunday morning from injuries suffered during the pursuit of suspects in an attempted armed robbery. Officer John Wilding of the Scranton Police Department was responding to a reported robbery attempt of a man on the 1300 block of Jackson Street around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Police say the three juvenile suspects were wielding a shotgun and were chased down by officers and apprehended. The suspects in the attempted robbery were charged at midnight according to police. Nasir Jones, Tanner Curtis and Isiah Edwards, all 17-years-old, face charges of robbery and related counts. |
