Rapper Afroman arrested in Biloxi, accused of punching (white female) fan  BILOXI -- The rap artist Afroman was arrested on a simple assault charge Tuesday after he reportedly punched a woman who jumped on stage during his concert at the Kress Live music venue. Biloxi Police Chief John Miller said Afroman, 40, whose real name is Joseph Edgar Foreman, was placed under citizen's arrest and later released after posting a $330 bond at police headquarters. "My understanding is (the woman) got up on stage, and he hit her," Miller said. - (Black-on-white) |
UK: (Black Islamic terrorist) guilty of plot to behead soldier A teenager who was on his way to behead a British soldier with a 12in knife when he was arrested, has been found guilty of preparing a terrorist act. Brusthom Ziamani, 19, was also carrying a hammer and an "Islamic flag" when he was arrested in London, in August 2014. The court heard he had been inspired by the murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby in 2013, researched Army cadet bases and boasted of a plot to "kill soldiers". Black Central Library Machete Attacker Sentenced to Life in Prison A jury has sentenced a man to life in prison without parole for the June 2013 machete attack on two homeless brothers outside Arlington Central Library. Derrick Sutherland, 30, was convicted of aggravated malicious wounding for attacking twins Brian and Tim Kern while they were sleeping outside on June 24, 2013, sending both to the hospital with serious injuries. Sutherland was also homeless at the time, and he was “known to carry a machete,” according to police. |

Black 61-year-old Clovis woman arrested for alleged machete attack - February 6, 2015  A 61-year-old Clovis woman was arrested Thursday night after allegedly attacking her husband with a machete. Fyrne Williams is facing charges of first degree attempted murder, Clovis police said Friday. She was booked at Fresno County Jail early Friday, where she’s being held in lieu of posting $500,000 bail. Police say they found Williams near the 800 block of West Pico Avenue around 10:45 p.m. after receiving reports from neighbors that she was chasing her husband around a parking lot with a large machete. Williams threw the weapon after police arrived. Police say she told them she was “tired” of dealing with her husband of 10 years. The man, who was found with slashes on his face, was rushed to Clovis Community Medical Center. |
Black man pleads guilty in machete attack on ex "baby momma", sentenced to prison READING, Pa. - A man will spend up to two decades behind bars for attacking a woman with a machete. Alvin Washington pleaded guilty in Berks County Court on Tuesday to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to nine to 20 years in state prison and ordered to pay more than $14,000 in restitution. Much of that money, officials said, will help pay for the victim's medical bills. Lisa Ganns was stabbed multiple times inside her home on Sept. 28, 2013. Ganns said she shared her story in hopes that it will serve as a warning to other victims of domestic abuse. Washington, who was originally charged with attempted homicide, is the father of one of Ganns' children. |
NYC gives black machete-wielding thug $5K for menacing cops He menaced cops with a machete — and the city paid him for it. A Brooklyn thug who was shot by officers while waving an 18-inch blade at them and later sued the department for $3 million got a $5,000 settlement from the city — even though his own attorney said the shooting was probably justified. Ruhim Ullah, 24, had pleaded guilty to menacing a police officer after the 2010 confrontation, in which he was shot once in the leg by a cop trying to stop him from attacking officers with the machete, according to his lawyer. Despite his admission of guilt, Ullah still filed a $3 million lawsuit, accusing the officers of wrongdoing. But despite witnesses who described him as armed, the city offered a $5,000 settlement to get rid of the flimsy suit, despite the message their action sends — that crime, and potentially deadly force against cops, can pay. |
Darkest Africa: Albino Child Found Dead With Limbs Hacked Off With Machetes In Tanzania   The body of a one-year-old albino child has been found in Tanzania with his arms and legs hacked off. This is apparently the latest in a string of similar killings to obtain body parts for use in witchcraft practices. The boy, Yohana Bahati was apparently seized by men carrying machetes from his home in the Chato district of northern Tanzania Saturday. The child’s remains were discovered by police Tuesday, in a wooded area near his home. The albino child’s mother, Ester Jonas, 30, has been hospitalized in a serious condition with machete cuts to her face and arms from trying to protect her baby. The child’s father, who was apparently close by during the attack, is being questioned by police. |
(Black) Union man arrested on rape charges - victim under 13-years-old MONTGOMERY COUNTY — A Union man is in the Montgomery County jail facing several charges of rape and sexual battery. According to court records, Steven O’Berry, 38, had inappropriate interaction with a girl he knew. The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office approved four counts of rape under the age of 13 and three counts of sexual battery on February 9. O’Berry remains in the Montgomery County jail. Court records show he has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 25. |
Victim, 85, testifies in rape case again - Victim's voice is WHITE GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An elderly Grandville woman who said she was raped during a home invasion last summer testified against her alleged attacker for the second time on Tuesday. Shawn Jarrett is facing two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and home invasion in the alleged assault on June 19, 2014. The 85-year-old victim testified that she was unloading the dishwasher when she noticed a man standing at her back door. |

(Biracial) North Myrtle Beach man and woman charged in connection with Brunwick, N.C. robbery   A North Myrtle Beach man and woman were charged Wednesday in connection with a robbery in Brunswick County, N.C. Police said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday Luther Stanley, 39, entered CVS Pharmacy at 9810 Ocean Highway in Calabash, N.C. and threatened two people with a knife and demanded the drug Oxycontin. Stanley then ran out of the store and got into the passenger side of a silver Ford driven by Jennifer Hailey Moreland, 21, who also had her child in the car at the time, according to authorities. |
Woman Gets 14+ Years For Luring Men To Knife Attack   MINNEAPOLIS — A woman convicted of luring two men into a brutal knife assault in Fridley last summer was sentenced to almost 15 years in prison. Tiffani Marie Ivy pleaded guilty to two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree assault. Ivy and another woman, Leanne Todd, were accused of tricking Anthony McCollum and Yani Singh into driving them home after leaving a Fridley bar in the early morning of Aug. 23, 2014. When they arrived at their destination, two men showed up to rob McCollum and Singh – stabbing them both several times in the process. The two men accused of the stabbing — Marcus Fultz and Kevin Moore – are cousins, and they deny any involvement. |

(Black) teacher accused of sexually assaulting young girl HOUSTON - A Houston teacher accused of sexually assaulting a young girl made a court appearance Thursday morning. Police arrested Milton Cole at the Harmony School of Fine Arts and Technology Wednesday. He has worked as a special education teacher at the school for the last 2 1/2 years. School officials said the victim is not a student. Prosecutors said both incidents happened at a Missouri City apartment complex. The first alleged incident happened in 2009 when the girl was only four years old. The second allegation involving the same girl happened last August when the girl was nine years old. |

Aunt Jemima Heirs’ $3 Billion Lawsuit Against Pepsi, Quaker Oats Tossed by Judge Pepsi and Quaker Oats have just escaped a potentially sticky legal situation. The two companies have been granted a dismissal in a lawsuit brought against them by two men claiming to be the great-grandsons of Anna Short Harrington, who portrayed syrup and pancake figurehead Aunt Jemima. Dannez W. Hunter and Larnell Evans, Jr. filed suit against PepsiCo, the Quaker Oats Company and others, claiming that the defendants had failed to pay royalties to Harrington’s estate and stole Harrington’s pancake formula in an act of “industrial espionage.”But an order handed down by U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang found that the statute of limitations for Hunter and Evans’ claims had long ago expired. |

Key Witness Not Cooperating As ‘Black Madam’ Murder Trial Begins - death from 'buttocks enhancement' PHILADELPHIA – A key witness in the murder trial of the “Black Madam” has gone south on the prosecution, and she won’t testify at trial, which is scheduled to start this morning. But the judge has ruled the prosecution can present her testimony from an earlier hearing. The prosecution says Theresa Gyamfi is a necessary witness — she testified at an earlier hearing that she traveled with her friend, victim Claudia Aderotimi, from London to Philadelphia for buttocks enhancement. They lay side by side during the procedure and her friend started suffering almost immediately and was dead within hours. The defense argued the witness’ account should not be admitted because it can not be cross-examined. But the judge has ruled the defense had a full and fair cross-examination at the earlier hearing, so it comes in. Defendant Padge Victoria Windslowe has pleaded not guilty. |

(Black) Man pleads guilty to aggravated battery in fatal shooting stemming from dog argument - No time in prison for murdering White man  INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis man avoided a murder charge after pleading guilty to aggravated battery in the fatal shooting of a man in a south side Indianapolis driveway. The two men were arguing over a dog, police said. Albert Rogers, 26, was sentenced to 11 years, including 10 years in community corrections and one year of probation. He will not spend time in prison. Rogers shot and killed Josh Tucker, 31, on June 5 after a week-long dispute over a dog.
Rogers fired as many as 10 shots during the argument. Tucker was upset at Rogers for firing at his dog a week before the fatal encounter.
At the time of the incident, Rogers was released and police said he had a permit for the gun used to shoot Tucker. He also claimed self-defense. A week later, officers arrested him on a murder charge. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Muslim man stabs two at Detroit-area bus stop after asking their religion: police - Islamic terrorist hate-crime? A 39-year-old Detroit man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly stabbed two men at a bus stop when they told him they weren’t Muslim. Terrence Lavaron Thomas was arraigned Tuesday on two counts of assault with intent to murder, one count of carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent and possession of a controlled substance. Police have contacted the FBI to investigate whether a hate crime was committed after Mr. Thomas, who later told police he was Muslim, allegedly stabbed two men at a Southfield, Michigan, bus stop. “The victims in this case said that the suspect asked them if they were Muslim,” said Southfield Police Chief Eric Hawkins. “They responded that they were not, and then there was some back-and-forth between the victims and the suspect.” Mr. Thomas then started stabbing one of them, Chief Hawkins said. A 52-year-old Detroit man was stabbed five times, including three times in the back, and a 51-year-old Detroit man who tried to intervene was stabbed in the hand. Police said the three men did not know each other. Both victims have been released from Providence Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening. |
(Black) Harrisburg man pleads guilty to killing (white) ex-girlfriend   HARRISBURG, Pa. – A Harrisburg man will spend life in prison for the shotgun killing of his ex-girlfriend two years ago. Lagenza Junious, 39, pleaded guilty to the first degree murder of Adreanne Evans and the attempted murder of Evans’s boyfriend on Tuesday, just as jury selection was about to begin in his death penalty trial. Prosecutors agreed to not seek the death penalty and Dauphin County Judge Scott Evans immediately sentenced Junious to life in prison without parole on the murder charge and a consecutive 20 to 40 years on the attempted murder charge. Junious on Dec. 20, 2012 broke into Evans’s apartment in the 900 block of North Sixth Street and shot his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend while her mother and 4-month-old son were only a few feet away. - (Black-on-white) |

Black boyfriend charged with murder of his white girlfriend and their mixed-race baby in Eastpointe double homicide  A 30-year-old Eastpointe man was arraigned Tuesday on murder charges in the stabbing deaths of his girlfriend and their 13-month-old daughter. Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith charged Curtis Hampton, 30, with two counts of first-degree murder for the stabbing deaths of Monique Rakowski, 29, and their infant daughter, Carmon. 2 arrested in Manchester on lewdness charges MANCHESTER, N.H. —Manchester police arrested two people on lewdness charges Tuesday night. Police said plain clothes officers saw Cindy Canney, 33, get into a white pickup truck in the area of Maple and Manchester streets around 10 p.m. The officers watched the truck drive down Hall Street before the driver pulled over and turned off the headlights. The officers said they saw Canney and the driver, David Hoffens, 22, engaging in an illegal activity. The pair was arrested and charged with lewdness. Police said they found 12 grams of marijuana in Hoffens's backpack, and he was also charged with possession of a controlled drug. |

Now police are sending parents a dire warning. Check your teens’ smart phone. You may find the Kik app on it. One Howard County girl had the app on her cell phone and started receiving sexually explicit messages from 21-year-old Vincent Paul Hill of Prince George’s County. She turned her phone over to cops. “One of our detectives gained access to her account with her permission and began to communicate with the suspect over a period of of two days,” said Sherry Llewellyn, Howard County police. |

Police: (Black) NJ Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To 10-Year-Old Girl GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police have arrested a man who is accused of exposing and fondling himself in front of a 10-year-old girl in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. Authorities say 44-year-old George Robinson Jr., of Camden, is charged with second degree Sexual Assault and third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is accused of committing the lewd act in front of the girl Sunday afternoon. Police say Robinson was arrested later that day and taken to the Camden County Jail on $150,000 bail. |
Tempe PD: Arrest made in sexual assault near AZ Mills   TEMPE, AZ - Tempe police said they have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with the reported sexual assault of a woman in broad daylight near Arizona Mills Mall on Thursday. Police said Vincent Thompson was arrested Sunday night, his 18th birthday, in Phoenix and booked into jail for robbery, aggravated assault and kidnapping, Tempe police Lt. Michael Pooley said Tuesday morning. "Most people think this type of crime will happen in a dark alley or in a bad part of town," said Pooley. "This is a perfect example that it's not always the case." Pooley said the man involved in the alleged rape pulled out a weapon, robbed and sexually assaulted her. |

'All I remember is that it hurt awful bad,' 85-year-old woman describes brutal rape  GRAND RAPIDS, MI - As the 85-year-old rape victim left the courtroom using her walker and surrounded by family, she put a hand up to her face and began to weep. It was the first time that she showed any sign of emotion as she described the horrific sexual assault by the man who she said burst into her Grandville home - the man she identified as 51-year-old Shawn Jarrett. She took the stand as one of the first witnesses on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the Kent County Circuit Court trial of Jarrett, who is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and home invasion. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. He demanded oral sex from her, but she refused and so he hit her and then proceeded to sodomize her, she testified. Police say Jarrett is also the prime suspect in the homicide of Yolanda Reyes, a 40-year-old mother of four and co-worker of Jarrett found dead near a Walker construction site in May. |

Two black Plainfield men found guilty in sexual assault of mentally disabled woman ELIZABETH -- A Union County jury has returned guilty verdicts against two Plainfield men who sexually assaulted a severely mentally disabled woman a little more than four years ago before leaving her outside in a snowstorm. Marcal Campbell and Edward Woodson were convicted of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a mentally disabled victim following a five-week trial before state Superior Court Judge Stuart Peim. Woodson was additionally convicted of a charge of first-degree kidnapping. On January 31, 2011, Woodson lured the victim from her home under the pretense of participating in Bible study and with the promise of returning her home safe. Instead, Woodson took the woman back to his home, where he and Campbell took turns sexually assaulting her in the basement during the course of more than an hour. |

Matthew Jr was arrested later that month in Texas and was charged with abduction with intent to defile, indicating that police believed Matthew planned to sexually assault Hannah Graham. Her body was found in October on an abandoned property about 12 miles from campus, and the state’s chief medical examiner’s office determined the cause of death to be the result of “homicidal violence.” |

Chicago-Area Imam Charged With Sex Abuse at Islamic School The longtime head of a suburban Chicago Islamic school has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman who worked there, and a civil suit filed Tuesday accuses him of abusing that employee and three teenage students. The legal actions shed light on an issue that even many Muslims say is too often pushed into the shadows within their communities. Mohammad Abdullah Saleem, 75 — who founded the Institute of Islamic Education and is regarded as a leading Islamic scholar, or imam, in the United States — is charged with felony criminal sexual abuse. Prosecutors said he abused the 23-year-old woman, an administrative assistant at the Elgin school, in a series of escalating incidents over months. The civil suit accuses Saleem of abusing that employee, as well as three female students at the school as far back as the 1980s. The lawyer in that case, Steven Denny, said Saleem took advantage of both the trust accorded to him as a religious leader and of the tendency of Muslims to remain silent on matters of sex and sexual abuse. |

Black man gets 45-year sentence in 2012 fatal Anchorage stabbing of a White woman - slashed her throat  ANCHORAGE - A man convicted of fatally slashing a woman’s neck during a 2012 attempted robbery in Midtown Anchorage was sentenced to more than four decades in prison Friday morning. Superior Court Judge Michael Wolverton handed down a 65-year term with 20 years suspended for 44-year-old Vernell Mclemore, convicted of second-degree murder in the death of 67-year-old Judy Mulder. At the sentencing, Mclemore apologized to the court and Mulder’s family for his actions. Wolverton said he sounded sincere, but noted that Mclemore’s involvement with drugs weighed on his sentence as a factor in the community’s condemnation. At the time of Mclemore’s arrest in April 2012, police said that Mclemore had entered Mulder’s home on the 3200 block of LaTouche Street and fatally stabbed her. A visiting neighbor found her body in the residence’s bathroom. After his release, Mclemore will spend 10 years on probation. He was allowed to hug his mother before bailiffs took him away to serve his sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

‘You’re going to die tonight': (White) woman talks about terrifying kidnapping (by black man)  PORT CLINTON, Ohio- A woman is sharing her terrifying story after she was abducted in Ottawa County when she offered to drive a man to the hospital early Monday morning. Eric I. Thomas, 24, walked into a Hy-Miler convenience store on East Perry Street and asked for someone to take him to Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton police said. Nicole Kauffman agreed to give him a ride and was abducted on West Lakeshore Drive. Kauffman said Thomas told her, “You’re going to die tonight; I’m going to die tonight; we’re going to die.” She secretly dialed 911 and tossed the phone on the floor. She gave clues to where Thomas was forcing her to drive. “I just kept talking to him calmly, talking about where we were going exactly, where he wanted to go exactly and he had no destination. He was just aimless; he didn’t know,” said Kauffman. A sheriff’s deputy tried to pull Thomas over at Route 2 and Tettau Road, but he did not stop. At the Ottawa County and Lucas County line, Kauffman jumped out of the car. Port Clinton police said Thomas drove at speeds between 50 mph and 80 mph, until officers used stop sticks. Thomas crashed the car and took off on foot. He was arrested after a struggle with police. - (Black-on-white) |
Spitting out rubber band leads to (black) violent robber's arrest - brutally pistol-whipped White restaurant owner in his 70's   KANSAS CITY, MO - A serial robber had carefully wiped away prints at his crime scenes and covered his face up with bandanas, but spitting out a rubber band led to his capture, authorities said Friday. Edward K. Thomas, 53, of Kansas City, is charged with three counts of first-degree robbery and three counts of armed criminal action. He is accused robbing the Huddle House in Midtown in 2013, robbing a Crossroads business in 2014 and beating up and robbing the owner of Westport Cupini's. Thomas' downfall came when he brutally beat and robbed Franco Cupini as he showed up to prep his Westport Italian restaurant for opening Dec. 23. Cupini's face was mangled when he was pistol whipped during a fight for his life. “I saw this guy right in front of me and the first thing I heard was the click of the gun,” Cupini said. Cupini told authorities Thomas pointed a gun in his face after chambering a round and ordered him inside and to the safe. Fearful of getting away from the door, Cupini refused and grabbed for the gun. The two fought and the suspect hit him in the eye with the weapon. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Death row inmate declines to present evidence, call witnesses - (White parents attacked by blacks that knew their daughter)   After fighting for more than a year to represent himself in court, death row inmate Renaldo McGirth ended what was supposed to be a week-long post-conviction hearing after just a few minutes Monday morning when he declined to present any evidence or call any of his 21 witnesses to testify. McGirth, now 26, was sentenced to death row for the July 2006 killing of Diana Miller, 63, of The Villages, during a robbery. Miller's husband, James, also suffered injuries during the incident. McGirth is believed to have been the triggerman. Co-defendant Jarrod Roberts, 28, is currently serving a life prison term for his role and co-defendant Theodore Houston, 25, is serving a 20-year prison sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

UK: Elderly White man, 92, robbed for £5 in 'sickening assault' by cowardly black while waiting for lift in Soho tower block  A frail man was injured by a thief who robbed him of his wallet after allegedly following him home in an attack that was caught on camera. The 92-year-old widower was waiting for a lift with his shopping trolley in a residential tower block in Soho, London, when the suspect took his wallet before pushing him to the floor. He left the building with the wallet containing £5 while the victim – who suffered a shoulder injury – remained on the ground while trying to understand what had happened to him. Black female "carjacking victim" was actually accomplice - stepdaughter of white bank robber shot dead by police after bank robbery  New twists have been revealed in a dramatic bank robbery in Corona last week that ended in a fatal shooting. The woman whose vehicle was supposedly stolen after the robbery has been arrested and is suspected of being an accomplice to the crime, police say. It all began about 4 p.m. Wednesday at Pacific Premier Bank at 102 E. 6th St. in Corona. Corona police say Paul Johnson, 59, of Hemet held up the bank at gunpoint, forcing employees into the vault. Witnesses told investigators that Johnson threatened to kill them if they called police. The chase ended when Johnson crashed his vehicle. Police opened fire and Johnson was struck multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. The woman who got out of the vehicle was identified as 26-year-old Patricia Smith. Man takes infant from 17-year-old girl after rape, abduction Fla. —The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office arrested a 20-year-old man from Hillsborough County on Thursday whom they said abducted a 17-year-old and her infant, raped the teen repeatedly and left her tied to a tree in the woods hundreds of miles from her home. Kevin McGruder attacked the teen in her home, hitting her with a broken vase and raping her before tying her up and taking her and her 4-month-old baby in his car on a four-county crime spree and raping her in the car along the way. The victim told deputies that McGruder finally took her to a deserted spot in the woods, tied her to a tree with an electrical cord, smashed her glasses and threatened her with a knife. The victim said McGruder then left with the baby. The victim was able to free herself and flag down a passing motorist who took her to the closest convenience store, where they called 911. |

Chad Sanders, 32, was booked on charges of forcible rape after a woman told police she was sexually assaulted in the 300 block of City Park Avenue Saturday about 7:29 a.m. Police did not release any further details on the alleged assault. City officials confirmed Sunday evening that Sanders had been employed with the NOLA for Life Midnight Basketball program and has been placed on immediate emergency suspension without pay. |

The report also listed a handgun as a weapon used. Cpl. James Greene, 44, was ultimately charged with abuse of office upon his surrender to the Caddo Correctional Center. His bond was set at $100,000. Greene, a detective assigned to juvenile investigations, is accused of sexual misconduct with a woman who came to speak to him Wednesday in his office at the Shreveport Police Complex about harassing phone calls she'd received. Later that evening, she notified authorities who responded to a call in the 5700 block of South Lakeshore Drive, alleging she'd been sexually assaulted by Greene at police headquarters. |
Mentally ill (black) man killed in altercation with Miami Gardens police MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- A South Florida mother's 911 call led to tragedy after, police said, responding officers were forced to fire on her son after he engaged in a physical altercation with them, fatally striking him early Sunday. Miami Gardens resident Catherine Daniels said her son, 25-year-old Lavall Hall, had woken up in a rage and had run out of their home near Northwest 192nd Street and Third Avenue, which is when she contacted authorities. "[I told the 911 operator], 'My son has got a mental problem. Please send somebody here to help him,'" she said. According to Miami Gardens Police, officers responded to the call, received at around 5 a.m., detailing the erratic behavior of a violent, mentally unstable man. Upon arriving at Daniels' residence, the responding officers encountered Hall. Investigators said the subject did not cooperate, and instead fought the law enforcers using an unidentified object. Franklin man sought by police for weekend shooting murder in Perth Amboy Authorities are searching for a Franklin Township man they say was involved in a fatal shooting in Perth Amboy early Saturday morning. Jahmmel Chephas, 32, of the Frankin Park section of the township has been charged by the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office with murder and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Investigators say Chephas fatally shot Richard Pryce, 31, of Perth Amboy following an altercation at the 829 Lounge on Amboy Avenue in the borough. After being shot multiple times near the Amboy Avenue and Barclay Street intersection, investigators say Pryce returned to the bar and was taken by an unidentified friend to the Raritan Bay Medical Center. | 2 arrested after hundreds of black teens cause chaos at movie theater OCOEE, Fla. — Orange County deputies are trying to figure out why hundreds of teenagers suddenly rushed into the movie theater at West Oaks Mall in Ocoee Saturday night. Deputies said as many as 900 kids, described as being in middle or high school, attempted to rush the theater at once. “My anxiety hit the roof. I was like, ‘How do we get out?’” said moviegoer Jessica Weckerly. Nearly 300 teenagers were able to get in before the security gates were closed. Police said a group of about 100 rushed into the theater and continued causing a disturbance. “Kids show up with guns, shooting guns in the air, robbing people, stolen cars, drugs. FBI had spy in bedroom of (mixed-race) German rapper turned ISIS poster boy, says report The German rapper who became a grisly poster boy for ISIS fell for the oldest trick in the book, according to a report that said the woman "Deso Dogg" thought was his wife was an FBI spy. The spy transmitted critical information about the rapper, who was born Denis Cuspert and now goes by Abu Talha al-Alman. Cuspert may have been ripe for the tried-and-true espionage technique. According to Bild, he was a womanizer in Germany, where he fathered three children with three women, including one who he dumped before embarking on his terrorist career. Update: A Look Into The Third Suspect's Charge On Brutal Rape Case   Bond was reduced Friday for Ja'Lyia Templeman. She is accused of taking a photo of the victim and posting it on social media. Her bond was initially set at $35,000, but then reduced to $15,000. On Friday Templeman waived her preliminary hearing and was bound over to district court. Templeman's specific charge falls under a Nebraska statute pertaining to the unlawful intrusion of a person's privacy by distribution of an image when a person is in a state of undress. It's a long technical name that basically means, Ja'Lyia is accused of taking pictures of an alleged rape victim and posting those pictures to social media. JaVohn Templeman and Nicholas Bregg are charged with first degree felony sexual assault of a high school girl. Now almost a year after the victim went to police, an affidavit going into the crime is now unsealed. What seems to be the change and reason for the arrests is a witness statement collected by a South Omaha High School Resource Officer. The affidavit said the victim attended a party where she consumed drugs and alcohol. A witness told the resource officer, the victim was so intoxicated that party goers began kicking her. The witness said she then took the victim, along with Templeman and Bregg to another person's home. They fell asleep, then the witness said she woke up to noises and saw Templeman on top of the victim and he was sexually assaulting her. The witness sad she asked Bregg for help with stopping the assault, but then said a short time later, she saw Bregg sexually assaulting the still unconscious victim. The affidavit said Templeman and Bregg then took the victim to Templeman's home. At this point police believe, Templeman's sister, Ja'Lyia Templeman took pictures of the victim laying on a bed, naked from the waist down, and posted one of the pictures to her Instagram and another explicit photo on Facebook. |

UK: Black who fractured (White) 19-year-old's skull with a single punch after victim asked him for a light in McDonald's is SPARED prison   A promising university student fractured a 19-year-old's skull with a single punch after the victim asked him if he had a cigarette lighter in a McDonald's restaurant, a court heard. Caine Inyanga, 19, was spared jail after he floored Adam Turner in the violent early morning attack that left the tool maker unconscious on the ground. Turner, also aged 19, approached Inyanga in the early hours of the morning in McDonald's in Middlesbrough, Teesside, and asked if he had a cigarette lighter. After receiving no response from the chemical engineering student the victim turned to Inyanga's female companion and asked the same question. Inyanga, who had been drinking and taking drugs, demanded Mr Turner and his friend 'get outside now,' said prosecutor Emma Atkinson. The pair made it clear they did not want to fight, but he punched both of them, Teesside Crown Court heard. The blow to Mr Turner caused him to fall to the floor and he lost consciousness. Black Killeen man charged with murder of White man  BELTON — A Killeen man was charged with a brutal 2014 murder that remained unsolved for almost a year. The Bell County District Attorney’s office charged Carlos Derell Collins Jr., 28, with capital murder in the bludgeoning death of 32-year-old Sean William Schuman. Schuman was found dead in his north Killeen apartment Jan. 15, 2014. According to the results of an autopsy, Schuman died from “homicidal violence and blunt-force injuries to the head.” Collins was initially sought by police for questioning in the deaths, but never was arrested or charged. While police continued to investigate Schuman’s death, Collins was arrested days later after an attack that had eerie similarities to Schuman’s death. That attack occurred Jan. 14, 2014, when Collins reportedly attacked and robbed a man he met on Craigslist. Collins struck his victim with an unknown object before fleeing the apartment. Police said they found a hammer at the scene. Collins was arrested Jan. 19, 2014, and charged in the robbery, and has been in custody ever since. In the more than one year he sat behind bars, Schuman’s death remained unsolved, as police continued to investigate. The Bell County district attorney’s office indicted Collins in Schuman’s death in November. Collins is facing a host of criminal charges on various causes, including aggravated robbery in the Jan. 14, 2014, incident, as well as assault with a deadly weapon and sexual abuse of a child. - (Black-on-white) |

White victim of Arlington gas station assault searches for black female attacker  ARLINGTON, TX — Audrey Hendrickson, an Arlington woman is asking for help in the search for the person who she says attacked her at a gas station Wednesday night. "I'm hoping that when they see this, when they understand what's happening maybe they can step up and help," she said. Just before 7:30 p.m., she steered toward pump two at the 7-11 gas station on the intersection's southwest corner when a woman in another car nearly crashed into her. "I wave at her, honk, 'What the heck?' and she proceeds to make gestures..." she said. She says the woman got out of her car, so she did too, in hopes of diffusing the situation. The opposite happened. "[She] actually grabbed me by the hair, put me on the pavement and with the other hand, started assaulting me," she said. Through it all her biggest fear was for her son, screaming in the back seat. He wasn't hurt, but Hendrickson was, and seconds later, she says her attacker jumped up, and drove off. So wants to press charges, with the hope of keeping this woman from striking again. "She should not be able to go into any gas station and just absolutely assault someone in such a violent way. She described her attacker to Arlington Police as an African-American woman in a red hard-topped early or mid-2000s red Ford Mustang. White Riverview mom dies, one day after she was shot and had her throat slashed by her black husband - White neighbor almost shot    Riverview, FL -- A Riverview mom who was shot and had her throat slashed -- allegedly by her husband -- has died. Michelle Dukes, 34, passed away late Thursday night. The original attempted murder charge against Keith Dukes has now been upgraded to 2nd Degree Murder with a weapon. He's currently being held in the Hillsborough County Jail with no bond. The horrific series of events unfolded on Thursday morning, and deputies say it happened in front of their three daughters. The Dukes' neighbor, Frank Breden, says he's lucky to be alive. Breden says he heard screams and ran out of his house at about 7:15 a.m., and found his neighbor, Michelle, standing the street with her throat slashed. Moments later, Breden found himself staring down the barrel of a gun. "This man was three feet away from me, if that. I heard the click," said Breden. The gun jammed. "You need to get out of here," Keith Dukes then says to Breden. Dukes then pointed the gun at another neighbor who had come outside after hearing the screams. But Michelle's husband reloaded, says Breden, and shot Michelle right in front of the couple's three daughters. Breden found Michelle inside a neighbor's home where she had tried to run for safety. An accuser said she became alarmed when she said he suggested sexual procedures she didn't need. “He was feeling my breast, not the way you should when you feel for lumps,” the woman, who did not want to be identified said. “He was feeling in a way like he was having a good time.” |

Black man arrested in "sale-gone-wrong" homicide of White man  LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police have arrested a person in connection to a violent online sale. According to Lt. Sidney Allen, Jeramye Morgan Hobbs, 24, of Little Rock, was arrested February 12 and charged with Capital Murder in the death of 56-year-old Sherwood resident Frank Steinsiek. Allen said Hobbs contacted police and told them he had purchased a motorcycle similar to the one seen on the news. But, after inconsistent statements and witness interviews, detectives determined that Hobbs was involved in Steinsiek's death. Both the trailer and the motorcycle were recovered. Black female suspect pleads guilty in killing of (White) KSU student Kimberly Kilgore  A Cobb County woman pleaded guilty to killing a 21-year-old Kennesaw University Student Tuesday, just before lawyers started choosing jurors for her murder trial. Police said road rage prompted Sparkles Lindsey, 22, to shoot Kimberly Kilgore, 21, to death. Kilgore's family agreed to a plea deal, sentencing Lindsey to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 30 years to avoid re-living Kilgore's death in court. "They were very gracious in this case," District Attorney Vic Reynolds said. "They're kind, decent, gracious kind of people and consented to this plea and were in favor of it, so we're glad to wrap this case up for them." Kilgore's mother told the judge the sentence would not bring closure. Police say Lindsey fatally shot Kilgore in October 2013 at the Shiloh Green Apartments off Shiloh Road in Kennesaw as friends of both women watched. Black man pleads guilty in shooting death of (White) Opelika businessman in 2012  OPELIKA, AL - Debra Spratlin and her daughter Laura watched as 24-year-old Malcum Allen plead guilty to capital murder in a Lee County courtroom in the death of her husband, Walter Cade Spratlin Jr. "He was a good man and he didn't deserve this, and I was just wanting it to be over, wanting all of this to end so now me and my daughter can move on with our lives," Spratlin said. Allen is charged with fatally shooting Spratlin at his business, Cade's Custom's Exhaust, in Opelika on April 11, 2012. Spratlin suffered two gunshot wounds to the head and one in the side after he refused to give Allen money during a robbery. "I'm never going to understand why. For the money I am assuming, which is stupid. I wish he would have just given him the money, maybe he would still be here, but then again you never know and I won't ever know," explained Spratlin. Allen was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the capital murder charge and 48 months for theft in the first degree. Spratlin says her husband was a happy avid outdoors man who loved his family, and she says they miss him every day. "We hope to have a little bit of closure and not having to worry about whether he is going to hit the streets again is the biggest thing and I know he's not," Spratlin said. Racist black accosts White woman on Texas roadway  Police are investigating a Texas man for a series of road rage incidents, including one that was videotaped by a woman who last week was traveling with her four-year-old daughter when the suspect accosted her on an Austin roadway. Julie Nowlin, 39, told cops that as she was driving last Wednesday morning, a male motorist was recklessly veering across the road, crowding other drivers and trying to force them off the road. So Nowlin (seen at right with her child) reached for her cell phone in an attempt to record the man’s license plate. The other driver, however, apparently spotted Nowlin filming him. As traffic slowed, the man pulled his vehicle into a bike land and sprung out of his car towards Nowlin’s vehicle. As seen in the video, the man called Nowlin a “bitch” and spit on the windshield of her car. He then raised a clenched right fist and said, “F*ck you, Black Power.” He added, “White bitch” before returning to his vehicle. “He got out of his car three times after chasing me around at high speeds and almost killing a female jogger.” Cops have classified the February 4 incident as "disorderly conduct abusive language" and "reckless driving."
