All four (black) cowardly terrorist suspects arrested after Polk robbery, slayings of two unarmed White women - one 72-years-old Four suspects were arrested after a Polk County crime spree that started with a pawn shop robbery, led to a shootout with a police officer and ended with the killings of a 72-year-old Haines City woman and her daughter. Michael Gordon, 34, of Lakeland, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Patrica Moran and her 51-year-old daughter Deborah Royal. Gordon also was charged with armed robbery and attempted murder on a law enforcement officer, along with 22-year-old Devonere McCune, 25-year-old Jovan Lamb and 29-year-old Terrell Williams, all of Haines City. The crime spree began Thursday evening with a robbery at Cash America Pawn. Surveillance images show the intruders in white hoodies with assault rifles. Witnesses said three were inside the store while one waited outside in a red GMC Jimmy. Polk Sheriff Grady Judd said the “well-designed” robbery was planned “to incite terror” among store employees. He said the foursome even called 911 with a false report of a shooting to distract police. Judd said a Haines City police officer spotted the Jimmy and when he attempted to pull it over the suspects started firing at the officer’s patrol car from the SUV. The officer was not injured. The vehicle eventually became stuck in sand and all four men ran. Authorities caught up with McCune when he was bitten by a sheriff’s K-9. A short time later, officers learned from a resident about suspicious activity at a neighbor’s house on Astor Drive. When authorities surrounded the house, a blue car came barreling out of the garage, straight at them. Judd said officers fired “many times.” The vehicle went a short distance before it also got stuck in sand. Gordon was the only person in the car and he was arrested. He suffered gunshot wounds and bites from a K-9. His injuries were not life-threatening. Officers then found the bodies of Moran and Royal inside the house, “viciously” killed in a way “much too graphic to describe,” Judd said. Moments earlier, one of the men had knocked on the door of a woman’s home, claiming to be a police officer. When the woman saw through a glass door it wasn’t an officer, and when the man asked to use her phone, she shut the door and called 911. - (Black-on-white) |
Police Department Detectives continue to investigate black-on-White Allandale homicide - black suspect killed evil self KINGSPORT, TN - Police Department detectives are continuing to investigate an Allandale Falls Apartments shooting, where Sullivan South student Dylan W. Ferguson was killed and his step-sister Amber CheRee Purifoy was critically injured Friday. According to a KPD news release, detectives are still investigating the shooting, where Marvin McClore, who died Saturday from a self-inflected gunshot wound, went to Ferguson's apartment and shot him and his step-sister. KPD said they have maintained that the shooting was not a random act of violence and said that the suspect was known to the victims' family prior to the shooting. Detectives said it appeared that the suspect initially became acquainted with one of the victims' family members through work. Detectives said others, besides Dylan Ferguson, lived at the apartment, but said only he and Purifoy were inside the home at the time of the incident. According to the release, there was no sign of forced entry and detectives said it is unknown where or not the apartment was unlocked or whether or not McClore was let inside by one of the shooting victims. KPD said “...it appears that Mr. McClore had developed animosity toward another member of the victims' household, but carried out his anger on Dylan and Amber. Dylan and Amber appear to be completely innocent and played no role whatsoever in the events that led up to this tragic event.” - (Black-on-white) |

White woman confronts black sexual predator terrorist she says groped her while shopping and threatened to kill her HOUSTON -- A woman confronted a man she claims grabbed her sexually while she was shopping. Now he's in custody, because she refused to back down. That woman was in the Big Lots when she says a man groped her not once, but twice. "Belle," who asked that we not reveal her identity for her safety, says it started at the back of the store when she felt something graze her backside. She saw a young man and thought she'd bumped into him. "He was close enough to where it could happen, so I dismissed and went on to hear him start mumbling to himself," she said. "He made me feel uncomfortable so I started thinking I'm at the back of the store; I should probably get away from this back aisle." She went towards the front, kept shopping, and a few minutes later she says it happened again. "I feel a whole hand grazing my back side, a rub and I was kind of shocked and turned to see who this is this time, because I knew from that touch that it wasn't an accident, and it's him again." Belle said she went to tell a cashier and the manager what happened. She said as he tried to leave the store, she followed him out with her cell phone camera rolling. The man can be heard on the video threatening to kill her. The confrontation ended with him taking her cell phone. Belle called 911 from inside the store. Less than an hour later, working from the denoscription she gave them, deputies arrested Jerry Higgins. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Suspect in stabbing of White female clerk facing attempted murder charge - black terrorist slit her throat SEATTLE - Darren Gayles, the 44-year-old suspect in the stabbing of a Renton store clerk, faces charges of attempted murder in the first degree and robbery in the first degree. King County prosecutors also say Gayles was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Indiana for violating a protection order. Gayles declined to appear in King County Jail Court Thursday; he's expected to appear before a bond hearing Friday. Kiersten Schideler, 23, the clerk who was stabbed in the neck, is expected to recover, her father Mark Schideler said. Harborview Medical Center continues to list Kiersten Schideler in serious condition in the ICU. "A deep cut" is how Mark Schideler describes her injuries, but the knife missed vital arteries and the trachea. He said she was "out of the woods." "Talk about a guardian angel," he said. During the attack at the GameStop in Renton Wednesday morning, police say the suspect held a knife to the clerk's throat and walked her behind the counter. He then slit her throat before taking all the cash in the register. Police issued two surveillance photos of the suspect to the public for help. A tip led officers to an apartment along Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. in unincorporated King County, where officers arrested Gayles Wednesday night.. - (Black-on-white) |

Drunken vagrant black who pushed White 'Samaritan' onto subway tracks cops a plea, gets eight years behind bars A drunken vagrant who hurled a Pace University student onto subway tracks because the victim tried to stop the man from beating a woman took a plea deal in a Manhattan court. Rayfield Grant, 30, pleaded guilty to attempted assault in exchange for eight years in prison. He faced as much as 15 years behind bars if he had been convicted of attempted murder — the top charge against him. The unhinged drifter was beating his girlfriend when he socked Jered Harvey, 20, in the face, grabbed him by the shoulders and threw him on the uptown tracks on the 2 and 3 lines at the Fulton Street station in September 2013. Harvey escaped unscathed after pulling himself back up, despite Grant trying to block him. After Grant was busted, he conceded to cops that Harvey was a good Samaritan whose crime was being too “nosy.” - (Black-on-white) |

The court found Monifa Sanford not criminally responsible for the murders. She will be committed to a psychiatric hospital. Prosecutors say Sanford and Zakieya Avery killed Avery's 1-year-old and 2-year-old children on Jan. 17, 2014, in a Germantown townhouse in what police called an attempt at an exorcism. The duo was also charged with wounding Avery's older children, a 5-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. |

Tulsa police arrest black suspected trigger man in murder two white women - at least one of which had and abusive black husband TULSA, Okla. — Police arrested one and said they are building a case against others who are accused of plotting and killing two women outside an east Tulsa apartment complex in November. The suspected trigger man, Quantell Jamar Alverson, is behind bars, but detectives said the investigation is far from over. “They need to be aware that we are here, and we take this stuff serious,” Sgt. Dave Walker said about those still on the run. “They made a lot of mistakes, and it was obvious they had a lot of time to think and plan and they did not do a good job.” Walker said they found evidence to prove Alverson shot Amanda Douglas and Jennifer Sanders to death outside the Bristol Park Apartments near 41st and Garnett Road. The Tulsa police warrants squad had followed the accused shooter for nearly a week, and when prosecutors officially filed the charges Wednesday morning, they made their move. Even though he’s now in jail, Walker said they can’t rest. “The investigation is still ongoing. There is no doubt that more than one person played a part in developing the information, to getting the weapons,” Walker said. “They know who they are, and they know that we know who they are.” Walker said they can’t arrest anyone else just yet because they don’t have enough evidence to prove their involvement. - (Black-on-white) |

White boy, 16, beaten by two blacks at Carrick group home dies; Homicide charges expected CARRICK, Pa. — The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed late Tuesday that a boy brutally beaten at a group home in Carrick over the weekend has died. Nicholas Grant, 16, was taken to Mercy Hospital Saturday in critical condition after he was allegedly attacked by two teens at the Circle C Youth and Family Services home on Carrick Avenue. Grant’s best friend said the home should have been a safe place for Grant. She said that not long after Grant moved into the home, he started having trouble. “He told me there were guys messing with him,” she said. “I thought he was exaggerating and I hear about this and think he wasn't exaggerating at all.” Grant had left the home because of an argument he had with Yusuf Shepard, 15. Black Bedford County teens jailed in (White) Pa. woman's homicide BEDFORD, Pa. — The two teens who have been charged as adults in the shooting death of 21-year-old Stephanie Waters of Roaring Springs were being held without bail Monday in the Bedford County Jail, according to the Bedford County District Attorney’s Office. Deauntay Dontaz Moye, 16, of Woodbury, and Ryan James Hardwick, 15, of Martinsburg, were taken into custody early Sunday morning and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brian Baker. On Friday, the Roaring Spring Police Department received information that Waters was missing Thursday. A missing person alert was posted on the Altoona Police Department Facebook page. The Pennsylvania State Police received information Saturday that an automobile fitting the denoscription of Waters’ vehicle was parked at an abandoned house near Salemville Road in New Enterprise. Trooper Derek Schrader and Cpl. Brad Codd found Waters and her dog dead in the rear of the vehicle. They both died as a result of gunshot wounds. Waters was pronounced dead by Coroner Sam Gordon at 4:54 p.m. Saturday. It was determined that Hardwick and Moye had discussed robbing someone for marijuana for several weeks. Moye had also been talking about shooting someone for several weeks. They originally set up a deal to purchase marijuana from Waters’ boyfriend; however, Waters arrived at the agreed location. Moye and Hardwick entered the vehicle with Waters driving, Moye in the passenger seat and Hardwick in the back seat with the dog, according to the district attorney. They drove a very short distance and then parked the car. Waters then showed Moye the marijuana. Both Moye and Hardwick smelled the marijuana. Moye then pulled out the gun and shot her in the neck. A few seconds later, he shot her a second time — in the head. One of the teens then shot the dog — however, it has not yet been determined who actually fired the shots into the dog. - (Black-on-white) |
