Judge apologizes for only giving 5 years to black beast who raped and murdered a White 13-year-old Oakland girl OAKLAND, CA - A 66-year-old ex-felon was sentenced Friday to 5 years to life for his second-degree murder conviction for killing a 13-year-old girl at her family's home in East Oakland 40 years ago. Alameda County Superior Court Judge Larry Goodman apologized to family members of Julie McElhiney for the lenient sentence he imposed for Curtis Tucker for killing her on Aug. 9, 1974, but said his hands are tied by the sentencing laws that were in effect at the time. "I wish there was more that I could do but there's a reason they changed the law so crimes like this would get punished more severely," Goodman said. Tucker, who has prior convictions for sexual assault and burglary, pleaded no contest to second-degree murder on July 8, just before a trial was to begin on allegations that he sexually assaulted and murdered McElhiney. According to Oakland police, McElhiney, a sixth-grader at Sequoia Elementary School, was found at about 5:40 p.m. on Aug. 9, 1974, face down on the second floor of her family's apartment at 3022 Pleitner Ave. She was then transported to Highland Hospital in Oakland, where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy said her cause of death was blunt force trauma to her head. The coroner also documented that there was an injury to her vaginal area. The case remained unsolved until 2012, when Tucker's DNA was found on the clothing that McElhiney was wearing at the time of her death. - (Black-on-white) |

White Lexington murder victim's family upset with plea deal with black killer LEXINGTON, Ky. - A central Kentucky man is furious that a man accused of killing his brother received a plea deal for a lesser charge in Lexington. Lexington police originally charged Quante Johnson with murder. The victim, Joe Randolph, was shot in his home nearly two years ago. Johnson recently pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter, and Randolph's brother tells us the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Quante Johnson, 18, was charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence just 11 days after the 49-year-old was shot dead at his home in Lexington. But now, the case is much different. After Johnson pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter one month ago, there's no trial. And for the Randolph family, they say that means no justice. - (Black-on-white) |

“She Couldn’t Breathe” – The Brutal Murder of 19 Year Old Jessica Lane Chambers…. (With Video) 19-Year-Old Jessica Lane Chambers was brutally murdered in Mississippi two nights ago. Unfortunately the details of her murder are so horrific to comprehend they make the current racial anxiety in the headlines seem small, yet also potentially more explosive. …When the fire department got there, she was walking down the road on fire. […] They squirted lighter fluid down her throat and in her nose… Yes, Jessica was white; and no, by all accounts her killer(s) were not. She wasn’t just attacked, beaten, and burned alive – she was brutalized beyond all horrific imaginings. When you identify what took place, and contrast her horrific murder against the current national dialogue, you can also understand why the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI), and all Mississippi politicians, will most likely lead the media to bury this story as quick as possible. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!) |

He can remember it like it was yesterday. Bobish used his arm to shield his face. The bullet went through his hand, grazed his ear, then into his back. It is still lodged in his body today. He was stabbed and slashed in his lower lip, arm and neck. He lost consciousness but woke up to the sounds and smells of the house on fire. Edwards had tried to destroy the crime scene.
