They entered the restaurant. Ringo followed them and shot Poyser, 45, killing him instantly. He ordered Baysinger to open a safe. She pulled out $1,400 and gave it to him. Two Brooklyn women tired of 'white people moving into the area' force tenants out at gunpoint, then squat in apartment: police Two women were arrested after they robbed and then intimidated three tenants out of their Brooklyn apartment — and the crime was partly motivated by race and class resentment, law enforcement sources said. Precious Parker, 30, and Sabrina James, 23, knocked on the door of an apartment building on Ocean Ave. near Newkirk Ave. in Flatbush at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday and held a 34-year-old man, a 37-year-old man, and a 25-year-old woman at gunpoint demanding they move out or be killed, police said. The women then stole $800, an iPhone and personal information from the tenants, police said. The terrified residents left soon after, said a night porter, who declined to give his name. “They just left,” he said. “They said somebody wants to kill them.” The usurpers then squatted in the apartment, a law enforcement source said. The source added the trio may have been targeted because of their race, as one of the women said she didn’t like “that white people were moving into the area,” the police source said. Both women were arrested Saturday in the apartment and charged with robbery and unlawful imprisonment, police said. - (Black-on-white) |

South KC murder spree could bring death penalty “Help at address, shotgun.” That furtive telephoned plea for help on Tuesday afternoon summoned Kansas City police to a scene of carnage where they found three people shot dead and two others severely beaten. But on Wednesday, barely 24 hours and an “all-hands-on-deck” police investigation later, authorities announced that they had charged a 34-year-old former convict in the crime. Brandon B. Howell, acquitted five years ago in the killings of two teenagers, now faces apotential death sentence for Tuesday’s spasm of violence against three separate families in a quiet south Kansas City cul-de-sac. Wednesday was not the first time Howell has been accused of murder. A Jackson County jury in 2009 acquitted him in the killings of Johnson County teenagers Tabitha Brewer and Nick Travis. Howell also spent time in prison for a 1999 home invasion robbery in Gardner in which a pet cat was beheaded. He was paroled in 2011. Brewer, 16, and Travis, 18, were last seen by their families in April 1998. Several days later, Brewer’s partially burned purse was found near 55th Street and the Paseo. Four months after they disappeared, Travis’ body was discovered buried in the yard of a duplex in the 5400 block of the Paseo. The duplex was being renovated at the time by Howell’s father, according to later testimony at his trial. Brewer’s body has never been found. - (Black-on-white) |

Death Penalty Highlights Governor’s Race Debate GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez challenged Democratic Gov. John Hickenlooper to answer whether he intends to grant clemency to a death-row inmate before Hickenlooper leaves office, prompting one of the liveliest exchanges during their first debate Saturday. “I have no plan to revisit my decision, so my decision stands,” Hickenlooper said. He added: “The government shouldn’t be in the business of taking people’s lives.” Republicans have blasted Hickenlooper in ads for his decision to grant an indefinite reprieve to (black) Nathan Dunlap, who was convicted of killing four people at an Aurora Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant. |

(posted Feb 16, 2014) Another damned bleeding heart liberal governor preventing the just execution of a black mass killer of Whites Victims' families furious after governor stays execution of notorious black Chuck E Cheese killer because he now doubts the death penalty. Pot-friendly Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper has indefinitely delayed the execution of convicted killer Nathan Dunlap, saying that he had doubts about the death penalty, much to the dismay of victims' families and a furious district attorney. Hickenlooper, a Democrat, said he had doubts about the fairness of Colorado's death penalty system and about the state's ability to get the lethal drugs required for an execution. Dunlap, 38, is one of three men on the state's death row. He was sentenced to death in 1996, but the victims' families say they have been waiting for justice to be carried out for nearly 20 years. Republicans have derided Hickenlooper's decision as no decision at all, with Attorney General John Suthers saying the reprieve guaranteed 'continued suffering and delayed justice' for families of Dunlap's victims. 'He took a coward's way out,' said Melinda Cromar, whose 19-year-old sister Sylvia Crowell was among those killed by Dunlap. 'I am just so angry.' A ‘very disappointed’ Bob Crowell, whose 19-year-old daughter Sylvia was killed by Dunlap, said he didn't think there would ever be total closure in the case, but believed the execution could have demonstrated to other criminals that 'they will pay the price with their lives if they perform an act like that in the state of Colorado.' Dunlap's victims included Sylvia Crowell, 19, and Colleen O'Connor, 17; Margaret Kohlberg, a 50-year-old mother, who was on her first day on the job when she was shot by Dunlap, as was Ben Grant, 17. - (Black-on-white) |

Black teen thug gets 20 years for part in fatal robbery over six-pack of beer EDWARDSVILLE — A Madison teenager Friday pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison for an armed robbery in which a victim was killed after refusing to give up a six-pack of beer. Brian Lee Taylor, 18, was 16 at the time of the shooting, but he was the oldest of the four suspects. Authorities believe he is not the one who fired the fatal shot. He pleaded guilty to a charge of armed robbery in exchange for a prosecution agreement to drop two counts of first-degree murder. Assistant State’s Attorney Crystal Uhe told the court the victim, Charles Weiss, had just come from a store and was approached by the four teens. He refused to give up anything, including the beer he had just purchased, so one of the four robbers shot and killed him. He was later found in the back yard of a nearby home. Just before he died he told police, “They tried to rob me.” The incident was on Nov. 8, 2012. All four of the teens were charged with first-degree murder. The 14-year-old, Mylan Newbern, believed to be the shooter, was charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery after he was certified to stand trial as an adult. The cases of all of Taylor’s co-defendants are pending. Weiss died of a single gunshot wound to the chest, but all four suspects were charged because they were acting together, and all three are accountable under the law for the crime, authorities said. “One of our citizens on Thursday was gunned down in cold blood. He had done nothing wrong but go to a store,” Granite City Police Chief Rich Miller said at the time. “It was a crime of opportunity for these thugs. They saw this man; they waited in the alley for him and shot him,” Miller said. - (Black-on-white) |

Pack of six black brutes wanted after brazen assault on young White couple outside Missouri bar At least one brute took several kicks at Alex Vessey's head as he lay defenseless on the ground. A group of six cowards brutally assaulted a couple outside a Springfield, Mo., nightclub after one of the men allegedly sexually assaulted the woman. Cops have released terrifying surveillance footage from outside the Outland Ballroom of the Aug. 22 beatdown that sent Meredith Cole and boyfriend Alex Vessey to the hospital. “It was pretty brutal." Vessey was inside working as a DJ that night when Cole went outside by herself and was approached by the goons, who started to touch her as she tried to fend them off. “It was embarrassing, kind of, and weird and uncomfortable, it was really intimidating too,” Cole told the news station of the sexual assault. "It was scary, I guess is what I'm trying to say.” "It was about the fact that they sexually assaulted me, it wasn't about the fact that we're white and they were black," Cole said of any insinuation that the brawl was motivated by race, since the young men shown in the video are black. - (Black-on-white) |

Murder suspect in Duluth home invasion apprehended after SWAT call; sheriff plays politics LAWRENCEVILLE — SWAT officers persuaded a murder suspect to come out of the Lawrenceville home where he was barricaded with several small children Thursday. Gwinnett County Sheriff Butch Conway, meanwhile, took the opportunity to make a political statement. Sheriff’s office SWAT team members responded Thursday afternoon to a home at 311 Bedford Bay Lane in Lawrenceville, where Devon Jenkins — one of five suspects named in the Aug. 6 home invasion-murder of Adam Schrier — was holed up inside. According to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Deputy Shannon Volkodav, Jenkins refused to leave the home, where he was initially barricaded with four young children and an adult woman. Two of the children and the woman were “safely secured,” Volkodav said, before authorities established contact with Jenkins via cellphone. After a two-hour standoff, Jenkins reportedly allowed the two remaining children — ages 3 and 4 — to exit the home. He then surrendered and was transported to jail. Jenkins is the second of five suspects to be arrested in connection with Schrier’s death in a reportedly drug-related robbery inside his Duluth home. - (Black-on-white) |

DUI charges dropped in 2013 Riviera Beach crash that killed 5 WEST PALM BEACH — Prosecutors have dropped DUI manslaughter charges against a 22-year-old once accused of being high on marijuana during a 2013 Riviera Beach crash that killed five. Jabari Kemp still faces five counts of vehicular manslaughter, but prosecutors in a court filing made public Friday dropped the other charges after defense attorneys and the state’s own experts questioned the validity of Kemp’s blood test results. The change makes it harder for prosecutors to prove their case if they can’t show Kemp was impaired at the time of the crash. The decision marks another twist in the case surrounding the April 2013 deaths of five friends: 14-year-old Makita Campbell, 22-year-old Orane Cummings, 17-year-old Shonteria Grimsley, 17-year-old Christina Joseph and 22-year-old Jason Mahlung. All five died after Kemp drove his Mercedes-Benz CLK down an exit ramp of Interstate 95 in Riviera Beach and crashed into their 1994 Lexus as they traveled on Blue Heron Boulevard. |

UK: White woman beheaded: black 'Muslim convert' known as Fat Nick suspected of slaughtering grandmother pictured Details have begun to emerge about the man arrested for the murder of a great grandmother beheaded in her back garden. He was named locally as Nicholas Salvadore, a 25-year-old would-be cage fighter who is believed to be a Muslim convert, who had been living a few doors from 82-year-old Palmira Silva. Salvadore was under arrest and under armed guard in hospital today after the events in a street in north London yesterday. Detectives say they have ruled out terrorism as a motive. Italian-born Mrs Silva, who owned a local café in Edmonton with her son Tony for more than 30 years, was found dead in the back garden of her home in Nightingale Road yesterday. Neighbours said a man dressed in black had decapitated cats with a foot-long machete-like blade and smashed the window of a car before running through rear gardens banging on doors and windows. - (UK) - (Black-on-white) |

Black Man Who Killed (Hispanic) NY Officer and A Black Man Receives Life Sentence A man who was convicted of killing a Long Island police officer during a traffic stop and another motorist during his getaway was sentenced Friday to life in prison without parole. Darrell Fuller, 34, of Queens, was convicted in July of first- and second-degree murder. "Mr. Despicable, you will never see the light of day," Judge Jerald Carter told Fuller at the sentencing. "You will remain behind bars as you wait for the hell on the other side of the ledger." Prosecutors said Nassau County Police Officer Arthur Lopez, 29, of Babylon, and his partner saw a car driven by Fuller collide with a van in October 2012. Fuller, who was violating parole by carrying a loaded gun, drove off in his damaged car. After a pursuit and traffic stop near the Belmont racetrack, Lopez approached Fuller and Fuller fired a handgun from 5 feet away, killing the officer, prosecutors said. He then spotted Raymond Facey, 58, of Brooklyn, who had stopped along the road to make a phone call. Fuller killed him with a shot to the head and stole his car, prosecutors said. 3 blacks convicted in Cobb beating of White man to death COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A split verdict has been reached for four men on trial in a beating that led to the death of a pedestrian in Cobb County. On Wednesday afternoon, jurors convicted Jekari Strozier, Antonio Pass and Johnathan Anthony of voluntary manslaughter and felony murder for the death of Joshua Chellew of Mableton. The fourth defendant, Kemonta Bonds, was acquitted. The men got into a fight with Chellew in 2013 and chased him into a street, where he was hit by a car. Chaos erupted inside the courtroom as jurors reached verdicts in the emotional murder trial. There were shouts in the courtroom as the men were taken to holding cells. Several deputies had to step in to bring order back to the court. Prosecutors contend the men were gang members who beat up Chellew after he taunted them about their gang affiliation. Store video captured the initial four-against-one fight, before Chellew ran into the darkness on Mableton Parkway. He was then beaten unconscious and later run over by a car, according to authorities. - (Black-on-white) |

Black gets life without parole in double murder of his white ex-wife and a white man Lindsay Rogers thinks of her cousin Christina Powell's "big and beautiful smile." For Mirella Masciarelli, her son, Mario Masciarelli, was "a wonderful gift," who loved Motocross racing and relished spending time with family. But Judge Joseph Cawley had nothing but scathing words for Aaron Powell, 40, before sentencing the Binghamton man Wednesday to the maximum penalty of life in state prison without the possibility of parole. He was sentenced for the murders of Christina Powell, 35, and Mario Masciarelli, 24, in the Town of Binghamton last year. "You are a cold-blooded killer," Cawley said. "In prison, I hope you and your soul, if you still have one, are tormented by the images of what you did." Aaron Powell was found guilty on July 24 of strangling his estranged wife, Christina Powell, with a white electrical cord, and beating her friend, Mario Masciarelli, to death with a baseball bat on March 22, 2013, at her Lisi Lane home. That Aaron Powell stalked both victims, beat to death a man he had never met and strangled the life out of the mother of his 5-year-old son, Sergio, was "nothing short of pure evil," Cawley said at Wednesday's sentencing. - (Black-on-white) |
