Accusers to Testify in Philadelphia Pererast Catholic Clergy Abuse Trial A judge will allow "prior bad act'' testimony from perhaps only one other clergy-abuse victim when a church official is retried on child endangerment charges. Monsignor William Lynn is being retried after serving nearly three years of a three- to six-year sentence in a child endangerment case. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court threw out the conviction because it took into account testimony from 23 priest abuse victims not directly tied to Lynn's case. This time, prosecutors asked to introduce complaints about nine other priests to try to show that Lynn helped the church cover up the priest-abuse problem. Lynn is accused of endangering an altar boy who says he was assaulted by a priest in 1998. |

Peterson, 21, of Massillon, had lived there, too, for a couple of months while he was engaged to Cheyenne Calderon. Her Facebook page said they were engaged Jan. 31. Calderon, who was 20, lived there with her 3-year-old (White) son; her mother, Kelly Freshour, 50; Freshour’s friend, Timothy Keyser, 70; and Calderon’s brother and sister-in-law, who weren’t home Thursday at the time of the shootings. An hour earlier, Peterson had purchased a TP9SA 9mm handgun from a retail store. Shortly after 1:30 p.m., Calderon was in the kitchen with the family’s Siberian husky when Peterson walked up to the kitchen door and opened fire, Lawver said. “The dog ... was right at the door when the door was opened,” Lawver said. “He could’ve just been a target of opportunity that was right there when Peterson came in.” Calderon ran from the kitchen, through the dining room and into a first-floor bedroom, where her mother and Keyser were located, Lawver said. Peterson chased her, shooting, and killed all three inside the bedroom. . - (Black-on-white) |

Inside the (black African migrant) drug and sex ring in the middle of Times Square A gang runs an open-air drug-and-sex ring in the heart of Times Square, brazenly hawking cocaine, pot, pills and women to passers-by — all right in front of NYPD cops. Three times this month, ring members approached a Post reporter and asked if he wanted drugs or prostitutes, with one trying to lead him into an office building for sex with a hooker. Another offered a “happy ending” massage at an unnamed hotel nearby. A third said he would provide “free samples” of illegal drugs. Another member claimed the ring had a room for illicit sex in a 10-story office building at 723 Seventh Ave., where one of its leaders, Isa Karim, 37, was arrested for allegedly slicing up a man in January, leaving a pool of blood on the sidewalk at the corner of 48th Street. Police make arrest in cold-case slayings of mom, daughter COLUMBIA, S.C. — Investigators had a key clue in the 2011 South Carolina killings of a mother and her 3-year-old daughter — a partial palm print in the girl's blood. But it took six years of advances in crime solving technology to finally match that print to a suspect in the cold-case killings. Columbia police flew across the county to arrest Kenneth Canzater Jr. near his home in Perris, California, and charge him with murder, Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook said Thursday. Canzater had been a suspect since shortly after the killings. A DNA test put him among several people who could neither be put at the crime scene nor ruled out. Technology from several years ago had him as one of four possible matches among the 200 people investigators were checking out in the killings of 25-year-old Candra Alston and her 3-year-old daughter Malaysia Boykin, Holbrook said. The palm print was run through a more sophisticated test in February, and it was a match, Holbrook said. |

Interracial Texas couple charged with sexual assault, bigamy of underage (white? female) family member Lubbock, Texas - Carl Parhams, Jr., 49, and Shara Lynn Parhams, 41, both of Lubbock, were arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual assault – bigamy. Shara is accused of sexually assaulting an underage biological family member and coercing the girl into letting Carl sexually assault her. The bigamy classification comes from an allegation in the arrest warrant stating the victim was not legally qualified to marry either defendant. The child was a biological family member to Shara, but not to Carl. The arrest warrant states In August 2015, the victim was staying with Shara for the weekend as part of visitation. According to the arrest warrant, before going to Shara’s house, they went to Walmart and the victim asked if she could drink wine. They ended up drinking whiskey and vodka. While the underage girl was intoxicated, Shara and Carl laid down on either side of her on a bed. WARNING: Disgusting Degenerate News: - (Interracial LGBT-Queer-Faggot-Sodomite) 'couple' raped three teen boys A married couple have been charged with sexually assaulting three teenage boys in their northwest suburban home. Anthony Wheeler, 25, and Christopher Wheeler, 30, of Prospect Heights, each face multiple counts of criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, authorities said. In Cook County court Thursday, where the couple made their first appearance on the charges, bond was set at $4 million for Christopher Wheeler and $3 million for Anthony Wheeler. Judge Joseph Cataldo took the highly unusual additional step of making them cash bonds, meaning the Wheelers would have to put up the entire bond amount — rather than the typical 10 percent — to be released from jail while they await trial. The three alleged victims are not related to the men, officials said. According to allegations detailed in court by prosecutors Thursday, the men forced a 15-year-old boy to perform sexual acts with them on five occasions between June and July. On one occasion, authorities contend, Christopher Wheeler "told victim to go upstairs and threatened to beat him up if he did not do so," Assistant State's Attorney Maria McCarthy said. Prosecutors also allege that, on March 3 of this year, the defendants forced a 14-year-old boy to perform sex acts with them and that Christopher Wheeler told the boy, "What happens in the house stays in the house." The next morning, the boy's mother called police after seeing a text the boy received that referred to the alleged sex acts, authorities said. Two days later, McCarthy said, Christopher Wheeler arranged for an Uber driver to pick up a different 14-year-old boy and bring him to the Wheelers' home, where they assaulted the boy, authorities said. Authorities said the Wheelers have an adopted child and also are foster parents to another child. |
