(Black) Serial killer threatens prison guards, mentions murders from 1980s
Craig PriceRebecca SpencerJoan Heaton, with her 10 year old daughter Jennifer and her 8 year old daughter MelissaFour-time confessed murderer, Craig Price, threatened prison guards in Florida and made mention of his gruesome crimes of the late 1980's. "I'm going to kill every officer I can get my hands on, just like I killed those little kids,” said Price, according to a disciplinary report. Now 41-years-old, Price has been behind bars for 26 years. In 1989, he was only 15, but bulky and 280 pounds when he confessed to four murders in his Warwick neighborhood. Joan Heaton and her two daughters, 10 year old Jennifer and eight year old Melissa were savagely killed with kitchen knives in their Buttonwood home. Jennifer was stabbed 62 times. Police found the murder weapons in a shed behind Price's home. He was less than remorseful, later admitting to the unsolved murder of neighbor Rebecca Spencer two years earlier, when Price was only 13. Price was not tried as an adult because he was so young when the crimes were committed. State law has since been changed. He was free to be released on his 21st birthday, but instead was sentenced for contempt after refusing to undergo psychiatric testing. His time behind bars hasn't gone smoothly. Outrage erupted when video surfaced of him, at the time, in the state training school, rapping about killing a cop. He was shipped to Florida in 2004, like other high profile inmates, and he's violated his probation a number of times. In 2009, Price stabbed a prison guard with a homemade weapon. Rhode Island prosecutors have closely watched Price from afar. Each time he gets into trouble, he violates probation and extra time could be tacked onto to his overall sentence. - (Black-on-white)

At a minor age of 13 in 1987, Craig Price murdered neighbor Rebecca Spencer, a 27-year-old mother of two, by stabbing her 58 times. Two years later in 1989, Craig Iron Man Price butchered another neighbor Joan Heaton with 63 times and two of her young daughters using the kitchen knives. In a nonchalant, matter-of-fact drawl he described the night of terror in the Heaton home. He told how he bit Heaton's face as he knifed her. He mimicked the last sounds of the dying girls.

(Worthless, 'gutless coward' black) Man apologizes as sentenced for crash that killed (White) dance instructor
Roy Lee ManeyTiffany MogensonOLATHE, KS - A man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison for slamming his car into another car and killing a woman. The judge sentenced Roy Lee Maney to 188 months on Wednesday. Maney pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in the death of 30-year-old Tiffany Mogenson. Maney told the judge said he acted foolishly. He apologized to Mogenson's grieving family members for his actions. "I'm ashamed of myself that (my actions) led to Tiffany passing away," he said. "Please forgive me." Maney was arrested after a crash in October 2013 that killed the Prairie Village woman. Police say Maney's car was going 90 mph at the time of the crash. He had alcohol in his system, but it was below the legal limit. Maney also struck a second car, injuring that driver. The aggravated battery charge involving that innocent bystander was dismissed as part of the plea deal. Maney was originally charged with first-degree murder. His charge was reduced because of a plea deal. Mogenson's family was very unhappy about that plea agreement. They wanted a jury to determine the sentence, but prosecutors say they did the best they could. Tiffany Mogenson's widower, Mike, said Maney was a gutless coward. During the sentencing on Wednesday, family members talked about the wonderful life that Tiffany Mogenson lived. They shed tears and vented their anger. - (Black-on-white)

(White) Vanderbilt rape survivor's testimony helps convict (black) attacker
Taylor Walker Tyrone BattsOn the witness stand, Taylor Walker found it more difficult than she expected to put words to what happened to her inside a Vanderbilt University parking garage one Friday night in 2012. She hesitated more than once during the toughest memories and, at one point, came clean to the jurors: "I'm having a hard time talking about it," she told them, "a harder time than I anticipated." But Walker, who has become an outspoken advocate for sexual assault survivors since graduating from Vanderbilt, did find her words. And what she said in court this week helped convict the stranger, Tyrone Batts, 29, who ambushed, raped and robbed her on Feb. 10, 2012. The jury of six men and six women took little more than an hour on Tuesday to convict Batts of two counts of rape and additional counts of attempted rape and robbery. Prosecutors also read aloud for the first time violent Facebook messages sent between Anderson and his gangbanger pals beginning when the alleged killer was just 12 years old. • Japanese exhibit reveals live dissections of US POWs
Japanese beheading of American POWAn exhibit in a new medical history museum in Japan sheds light on an infamous chapter in the history of Kyushu University’s med school — the live dissections of US prisoners in World War II. The museum, which opened Saturday in the city of Fukuoka, details the accomplishments of the pre-eminent medical school over the past century. But the exhibit about the dark and taboo footnote from World War II is getting the most attention. The grisly experiments came about as a result of a bombing run by a US B-29 Superfortress that took off from Guam in the Pacific and was shot down near Fukuoka on May 5, 1945. Its 12 crewmen bailed out, but one died after being shot at while parachuting and two others were later killed by local residents. The remaining nine were taken into custody. Capt. Marvin Watkins was sent for interrogation in Tokyo and the rest were transferred to Kyoto Imperial University’s College of Medicine, the predecessor of the present-day institution. In 1948, a hearing of the Allied War Crimes tribunal in Yokohama heard testimony that doctors injected some POWs with seawater as a test if it could replace sterile saline solution. Doctors removed parts of the livers of other captives to see if they’d survive. In another gruesome experiment about epilepsy, part of a POW’s brain was removed. The remains of all the crewmen were preserved in formaldehyde until the war’s end, when the evidence was destroyed.

Police union wants cop killer to give money to victims’ families
Herman BellJoseph Piagentini, left, and Waverly JonesThe police-officers union is suing to keep a cop killer from being able to afford a more comfortable life in prison instead of paying restitution to the families of the two officers he gunned down. The Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association says more than $10,000 earned by former Black Liberation Army member Herman Bell during his time in a Comstock, NY, correctional facility should rightfully go to his victims’ relatives. The filing in Albany Supreme Court automatically freezes Bell’s commissary account. He’d be left with $1,000 if the plan succeeds. “We believe that we have a solemn obligation to the families of police officers who are killed in the line of duty to do all that we can to help them physically, morally and financially,” said PBA President Patrick Lynch, whose union has filed similar motions over the years. “The loss of these brave police officers continues to cause pain and difficulties for those left behind that never diminishes, even with the long passage of time,” he added. Bell and two accomplices were sentenced to 25-years-to-life for the 1971 ambush murders of police officers Joseph Piagentini and Waverly Jones in a Harlem housing project.

Black Arrested Made In 12-Year-Old Murder Case
Robin Sue MillerJarrod BulliePITTSBURGH – Police have made an arrest in 12-year-old murder case of a Beaver Falls woman. Robin Sue Miller, then 35, was found dead inside a shed in Beaver Falls in 2003. . Police said 43-year-old Jarrod Bullie was charged with criminal homicide for Miller’s murder. Back in 2003, about a month after Miller’s death, the Times reported that Miller’s boyfriend, Jack Shaffer, had been found dead. Shaffer had been the prime suspect in Miller’s death up until that point. The Times also reported that Miller and Shaffer had a child together. Police say they got a DNA sample from Bullie in 2007, but at the time didn’t feel it was enough evidence. However, as technology improved, they continued to submit the sample for evidence testing until they had enough to make an arrest. As for a motive, police say Miller was a known prostitute who was heavily into drugs. They believe she was killed at the shed. Bullie was arraigned Monday and is in jail without bond. - (Black-on-white)

Attorney: Cop feared for life in deadly barrage at suspects
Timothy Russell and 30-year-old Malissa WilliamsMichael BreloA Cleveland police officer feared that his life and the lives of fellow officers were in danger when he fired the final shots of a barrage of police gunfire that killed two unarmed suspects, his attorney said during opening statements in the patrolman's trial. The tactics of Michael Brelo, 31, could be called into question given that Brelo exposed himself to danger when he stepped onto the hood of a beat-up Chevy Malibu to fire 15 rounds into the windshield of the suspects' vehicle, attorney Patrick D'Angelo said. But Brelo and 12 officers who shot a total of 137 rounds into the car in November 2012 had ample reason to believe that 43-year-old Timothy Russell and 30-year-old Malissa Williams were shooting at them, he said.

Lawyers say Jacko paid $200M in hush money to ‘victims’
evil black queer pedophile Michael Jacksonblack queer child molester and victim Wade RobinsonWade Robson and James Safechuck may accomplish what countless prosecutors could not: prove in court that Michael Jackson was a serial child molester. The purported victims must first overcome a major hurdle — both their legal claims were filed more than a year after the King of Pop’s 2009 death, missing the statutory deadline. Robson, choreographer to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and Safechuck, who once appeared with Jacko in a Pepsi commercial, filed respective claims in 2013 and 2014 against Jackson’s estate for unspecified amounts in punitive damages. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, when he could decide whether they may proceed. Lawyers say the King of Pop shelled out nearly $200 million to as many as 20 victims. Safechuck first met Jacko in 1987, when James was 8 years old. Safechuck will testify that Jacko repeatedly molested him a year later during a tour and that Jacko wrote a check for more than $1 million to Safechuck’s father, a sanitation worker. Safechuck claims in court filings that Jacko held a secret wedding ceremony, with the young boy as his bride. He said the singer gave him a marriage certificate and a wedding band as keepsakes and confirmation of their “undying love.” It was Safechuck and another alleged victim, Jordan Chandler, to whom Jacko’s sister LaToya referred in a 1993 Tel Aviv press conference in which she vowed to “not be a silent collaborator in my brother’s crimes.” Safechuck’s attorney alleges that Jacko molested Safechuck more than 100 times. - (Black-on-white)
